PV ARRAY DC ISOLATOR - INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATION

WIRING

The wiring process involves inserting a screwdriver at a 45° angle downwards into the terminal block, while the terminals themselves are oriented 45° upwards. This setup is for positive wiring.

Contacts wiring diagram

Diagrams illustrate the internal connection of switch contacts to external terminals for various models (RS-i4, ...2, ...4, ...4S, ...4T), showing how input/output terminals (+1, -1, +2, -2, etc.) are routed through the switch poles.

Switching example

Diagrams demonstrate the operational states (ON/OFF) of the isolator switch and how these states affect the electrical connections between the terminals, thereby controlling the flow of current.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Mounting

Mount the isolator using M4 cross screws. The diagram shows the isolator being attached to a surface.

Step 2: Waterproofing

Insert waterproof hole plugs into any unused openings on the device.

Step 3: Wiring Connections

Connect the PV array cables to the terminals. Use a screwdriver ? to ensure secure connections.

Step 4: Final Assembly

The installation is nearing completion with cables connected.

Step 5: Completion and Safety

Installation completed. Please pay attention to safe electricity usage. ⚠️
