Assembly Overview

The assembly of the PawHut Dog Whelping Box involves connecting various panels and securing them with provided hardware. Please ensure all parts are accounted for before beginning.

Tools Recommended: Screwdriver [ screwdriver-icon ]

Important Note: Do not confuse similar screws. Do not tighten bolts fully until all parts are connected!

Hardware List

The following hardware is included:

• Hardware A: M6.0 x 35 screws (x12 + 1 spare)
• Hardware B: M6.0 x 70 screws (x4)
• Hardware C: Knobs (x4)
• Hardware D: Caps (x14 + 1 spare)

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Attach the side panels (1) to the front panel (2) and back panel (3) using four screws (A) for each connection. Refer to the diagram for precise placement.
2. Diagram shows two side panels (1) being attached to the front (2) and back (3) panels using screws (A).
3. Step 2: Insert the divider panel (5) into the designated slots. Secure it using four screws (A) on each side.
4. Diagram shows the divider panel (5) being attached to the side panels using screws (A).
5. Step 3: Attach the remaining side panel (6) to the structure using screws (A).
6. Diagram shows the final side panel (6) being attached.
7. Step 4: Secure the top panel (4) to the assembled structure using screws (B) and knobs (C). Ensure all connections are snug but do not overtighten.
8. Diagram shows the top panel (4) being attached with screws (B) and knobs (C). A close-up shows the knob being screwed in.
9. Step 5: Place the caps (D) over any exposed screw heads for a finished look.
10. Diagram shows caps (D) being placed on the bottom of the assembled unit.
