Overview
This document provides installation instructions for the SuperATV Roof designed for the Yamaha Wolverine X4.
Important Notes:
- SuperATV recommends securing the Roof with straps when transporting on an open-air trailer.
- This item is not returnable if the protective film has been removed.
- Test fit the Roof to the cage to confirm fitment before removing the film.
- Do not discard packaging until the product has been successfully installed.

Disregard any remaining hardware and/or components not used in this installation.
Roof Cleaning Instructions
- Do not use Rain-X®, Plexus® or any other protector, wax, or polish.
- Do not use window cleaning fluids (Windex, 409, etc.) or any solvents (gasoline, denatured alcohol, acetone, etc.).
- Never use abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, or gritty cloths.
- Thoroughly rinse Roof to float off dirt and mud.
- Using a soft cloth, or microfiber cloth, clean Roof with warm water and a gentle detergent. Baby shampoo, rubbing alcohol, or hand washing soap can also be used.
- To prevent water spots, use a chamois to blot Roof dry.
Step 1: Prepare Clamps
Separate hardware from all clamps. Set clamps and hardware aside. Keep large and small clamp bolts with their respective clamps.

Step 2: Install Flat (narrow) on Crossbar
Install the Flat (narrow) piece to ONE SIDE ONLY of Crossbar (E), ensuring it runs the entire length of the bar. This does not apply to the remaining Crossbar (E).

Step 3: Install Flat on Front Support Bar
Install the Flat piece to the Front Support Bar (B), ensuring it runs the entire length of the bar.

Step 4: Assemble Front Components
Install the Front Support Bar (B) to the Front (A) using the provided hardware (4x M6 x 25mm bolts, 4x M6 Washers, 4x M6 Nuts, 4x Sealing Washers (small)).
Install the Right and Left Support Bars (H)(J) to the Front (A) using the provided hardware.
Secure the Right and Left Support Bars (H)(J) to the Front Support Bar (B) using the provided hardware (3x M6 x 20mm bolts, 3x M6 Washers, 3x M6 Nuts).

Step 5: Install Cage Foam
Clean the vehicle's cage and install the Cage Foam (inner) along the sides and across the centers. The Cage Foam (outer) should be placed against the optional SuperATV Rear Windshield or approximately halfway down the section of the cage.

Step 6: Join Front and Rear to Crossbars
Join the Front (A) and Rear (C) sections to the Crossbars (E) using the provided hardware (18x M6 x 25mm bolts, 18x M6 Washers, 18x M6 Nuts, 18x Sealing Washers (small)). Tighten all hardware.
Important: The Crossbar (E) with the gasket must be on the outside of the Roof. The gasket must face the plastic.

Step 7: Install Extension
Install the Extension (D) to the Rear (C) using the provided hardware (6x M6 x 25mm bolts, 6x M6 Washers, 6x M6 Nuts, 6x Sealing Washers (small)).

Step 8: Secure Front to Cage
Secure the Front (A) to the vehicle's cage using the Small Clamps (x2). Refer to page 3 for clamp installation details.

Step 9: Secure Front and Rear to Cage
Secure the Front (A) and Rear (C) sections to the vehicle's cage using the Large Clamps (x4). Refer to page 3 for clamp installation details. Repeat this process for the opposite side of the vehicle.

Step 10: Secure Rear to Cage (Repeat)
Secure the Rear (C) section to the vehicle's cage using the Small Clamps (x2). Refer to page 3 for clamp installation details.

Step 11: Final Tightening
Align the complete Roof assembly to the machine and tighten all hardware securely.

Optional: Glass Windshield Installation
If a SuperATV Glass Windshield is installed, secure it to the Front (A) in the locations shown. Refer to page 4 for hardware details.

Optional: Flip Windshield Installation
Install the Left FWS Bracket (J) to the clamp using the provided hardware (M6 x 20mm bolt) and tighten. Repeat this process for the Right FWS Bracket (H).

Optional: Full Windshield Installation
Install the Channel to the top of the windshield.

No warranty or representation is made as to this product's ability to protect user from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers' products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may be in violation law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to vehicle safety, traffic laws, and ordinances. It is your responsibility to know the laws and how they apply to you.
The Buyer is responsible to fully understand the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings and instructions and agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications, warnings and/ or instructions. The Buyer is also responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle while using this product, and the Buyer agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any violation thereof.
