Parts and Tools

The assembly requires various tools and hardware components. Key tools include screwdrivers (various types ?), a hammer ?, a saw ?, and drill bits (Ø 8 mm / 5/16" and Ø 3 mm / 1/8").

Hardware includes a variety of screws ?, dowels, cam locks, drawer slides, and wall mounting brackets. Specific part numbers are indicated in the diagrams.

Wall Mounting Hardware:

The supplied screws and plugs are designed for different wall types:

• Type A (Solid Wall): Requires Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit and a plug ?.
• Type B (Hollow Wall): Requires Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit and a plug ?.
• Type C (Solid Wood): Requires Ø 3 mm (1/8") drill bit and screws ? without plugs.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Panels

Insert dowels (10x) into the designated holes on the main panels.

Step 2: Attach Base Supports

Connect the base support pieces to the main bottom panels using screws (6x ?).

Step 3: Attach Horizontal Supports

Attach the horizontal support pieces to the base panels, indicated by arrows →.

Step 4: Install Cam Lock Housings

Secure cam lock housings (6x) into their respective positions on the panels.

Step 5: Attach Drawer Slide Runners

Mount the drawer slide runners (4x) onto the side panels.

Step 6: Attach Drawer Slide Mechanisms

Attach the drawer slide mechanisms (9x on each side) to the main structure.

Step 7: Connect Side Panels

Join the side panels to the base structure using screws (12x ?).

Step 8: Attach Feet/Base

Secure the feet or base components (4x) to the bottom of the unit.

Step 9: Install Vertical Side Panels

Insert and align the vertical side panels (4x) into their slots.

Step 10: Secure Vertical Panels

Fasten the first set of vertical side panels using screws (2x ?).

Step 11: Insert More Vertical Panels

Insert the next set of vertical panels (4x) into the structure.

Step 12: Secure Vertical Panels

Secure these vertical panels with screws (2x ?).

Step 13: Insert Final Vertical Panels

Insert the remaining vertical panels (8x) into place.

Step 14: Secure Vertical Panels

Fasten the final set of vertical panels using screws (2x ?).

Step 15: Attach Back Panels

Attach the back panels to the frame using screws (4x ?).

Step 16: Place Top Panel

Carefully place the top panel onto the assembled structure.

Step 17: Secure Top Panel

Secure the top panel using screws (6x ?).

Step 18: Attach Top Back Panel

Attach the top back panel, aligning it with the structure.

Step 19: Insert Drawer Fronts

Slide the drawer front panels into their designated positions.

Step 20: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Connect the drawer sides to the drawer fronts using screws (2x ? per drawer).

Step 21: Attach Drawer Bottoms

Insert and secure the drawer bottom panels.

Step 22: Insert Drawers

Carefully slide the assembled drawers into the chest frame.

Step 23: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawers

Mount the drawer runners (4x) onto the sides of each assembled drawer.

Step 24: Attach Drawer Handles

Attach the drawer handles or knobs to the front of each drawer.

Step 25: Final Placement

Position the assembled chest of drawers in its desired location.
