1 Safety Precautions
- During the installation and use of the equipment, all electrical safety regulations of the country and region of use must be strictly observed.
- Please use the power adapter that comes standard with this product.
- Please do not connect multiple devices to the same power adapter (exceeding the capacity of the adapter may generate excessive heat or cause a fire).
- Do not rotate head of the camera by hand, otherwise it may cause mechanical failure.
- When installing this product on a wall or ceiling, secure the device securely. When installing, make sure that there are no obstacles within the rotation range of the gimbal; do not turn on the power until all installations are completed.
- To avoid heat build-up, keep ventilation around the device smooth.
- If the device emits smoke, smells, or makes noises, please turn off the power immediately and unplug the power cord, and contact the dealer in time.
- This device is not waterproof, please keep the device dry.
- This product has no user serviceable parts, damage caused by disassembly by the user is not covered by the warranty.
Notice: Specific frequencies of electromagnetic field may affect the image of the camera!

3 Quick Start
1) Please check connections are correct before starting.
2) Connect the power adapter to the power connector on the rear panel of the camera. The power indicator on the front panel of the camera is on.
3) After the camera is powered on, it starts to initialize, right up to the limit position, and then both horizontal and vertical go to the middle position, the motor stops running, and the initialization is completed. (Note: If preset 0 is saved, PTZ will be move to preset 0)

5.4 Dimension

5.5 Installation
The manual provides instructions for both Wall-Mount and Ceiling-Mount installations. The installation diagrams are for reference only, and brackets and screws are not standard. Please refer to the actual product for packing accessories.
5.6 Remote Control
The manual details the functions of each button on the remote control:
- 1. Standby Key: Press to enter standby mode.
- 2. Number Key: Press to set preset or call preset.
- 3. * Key: Use with other keys.
- 4. PRESET Key: Set preset: [PRESET] + Number key (0-9).
- 5. HOME Key: Confirm selection or press to turn PTZ back to the middle position.
- 6. Return Key: Press to return to the previous menu.
- 7. ZOOM Key: SLOW: Zoom In [+] or Zoom Out [-] slowly; FAST: Zoom In [+] or Zoom Out [-] fast.
- 8. L/R SET Key: Standard: Simultaneously press L/R SET + 1; Reverse: Simultaneously press L/R SET + 2.
- 9. FOCUS Key: Auto/Manual/Far/Near focus.
- 10. CAMERA SELECT Key: Press to select and control the camera.
- 11. # Key: Use with other keys.
- 12. IR Remote Control Key: Used for addressing: [*]+[#]+[F1]: Address 1, [*]+[#]+[F2]: Address 2, [*]+[#]+[F3]: Address 3, [*]+[#]+[F4]: Address 4.
- 13. RESET Key: Clear preset position: [RESET] + Number key (0-9).
- 14. PTZ Control Key: PTZ moves according to the arrow indicators.
- 15. MENU Key: Press to enter or exit OSD Menu.
- 16. BACKLIGHT Key: Backlight ON/OFF: Press repeatedly to enable or disable the backlight compensation. NOTE: Effective only in auto exposure mode. If there is a light behind the subject, the subject will become dark, press the backlight key to enable the backlight compensation. Press again to disable this function.
- 17. P/T RST (PTZ Reset) Key: PTZ starts to self-test after pressed.
Shortcut Set:
- [*]+[#]+[1]: OSD menu default English
- [*]+[#]+[3]: OSD menu default Chinese
- [*]+[#]+[4]: Display current IP address
- [*]+[#]+[6]: Quickly recover the default
- [*]+[#]+[8]: View the camera version

6 GUI Settings
6.1 Menu
Press [MENU] key to display the main menu. Use arrow keys to navigate and [HOME] key to enter sub-menus.
Menu Options:
- ENG/中文: ENG, 中文.
- AI MODE: Off, Single Track, Frame Track, Demo Mode.
- Video Format: 1080P60, 1080P50, 1080I60, 1080I50, 1080P30, 1080P25, 720P60, 720P50.
- Style: Default, Cold, Warm, Clear, Soft, User1, User2, User3.
6.2 Exposure
Navigate to [Exposure] and press [HOME].
Exposure Settings: AE, Flicker, Expcomp Mode, Expmode, Backlight, Bright, Gain Limit, Iris, Shutter, Gain, DRC Mode.

6.3 Color
Navigate to [Color] and press [HOME].
Color Settings: AWB, Sens, R-Tuning, B-Tuning, Hue, Saturation.
AWB: Auto, VAR, Manual, One Push, Indoor, Outdoor.
Sens: Low, Middle, High.
R-Gain, B-Gain, R-Tuning, B-Tuning, Hue, Saturation, Temp settings are also detailed with their respective ranges and effective modes.
6.4 Image
Navigate to [Image] and press [HOME].
Image Settings: Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness Mode, Gamma Mode, Gamma, NR-2D Mode, NR-3D Mode.

6.5 Display
Navigate to [Display] and press [HOME].
Display Settings: OSD-Dir, Frac Rate, HDMI Mode, SDI Mode, Flip-H, Flip-V, Freeze.
OSD-Dir: 0, 90, 180, 270.
HDMI Mode: HDMI, DVI.
SDI Mode: Level A, Level B.
Flip-H, Flip-V, Freeze: On, Off.
6.6 P/T/Z Setting
Navigate to [P/T/Z Setting] and press [HOME].
P/T/Z Settings: AF-Sense, AF-Zone, Focus Limit, LR Mode, Motion Sync, Horizontal Speed, Vertical Speed, Zoom Speed, PTbyZoom.
AF-Sense: High, Normal, Low.
AF-Zone: Front, Top, Center, Bottom.
Focus Limit: On, Off.
Near Focus Limit: 1M, 1.5M, 2M, 3M, 4M, 5M, 6M, 8M, 10M, 15M, 20M (Effective only in Focus Limit to On).
Far Focus Limit: 15M, 20M, Infinity (Effective only in Focus Limit to On).
LR Mode: STD, REV.
Motion Sync: On, Off.
Horizontal Speed: 0~23.
Vertical Speed: 0~19.
Zoom Speed: 0~7.
PTbyZoom: On, Off.
6.7 Setting
Navigate to [Setting] and press [HOME].
Setting Options: Visca Addr, Visca Mode, Baud Rate, DHCP, IP Addr, MAC.
Visca Addr: 1~7 (Effective only in VISCA protocol).
Visca Mode: Serial, Paral.
Baud Rate: 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200.
DHCP: On, Off.
IP Addr: 192.168.100.88.
MAC: d4e08e548d13.
6.8 Version
Navigate to [Version] and press [HOME].
Version Information: Main, AF, Date, Code, NDI License.
Main: Displays the version number of the main program.
AF: Displays the camera autofocus version number.
Date: Displays the burning date of the main program version.
Code: Displays the camera code.
NDI License: Displays NDI license verification results.
6.9 Default
Navigate to [Default] and press [HOME].
Default Settings: Reset (Yes/No).

7 WEB Settings
7.1 Access Camera
Access http://192.168.100.88 to log in with default credentials (username: admin, password: admin). The interface displays live video, image, audio, system, network, NDI, and information sections.
7.2 Control Camera
The interface includes real-time monitoring and parameter setup with function buttons.
Video Viewing Window: Video resolution determines the viewing area size. Double-clicking toggles full-screen mode.
Status Bar: Includes video playback controls (pause, stop, recover), audio controls (volume, mute), and a full-screen switch button.
B. PTZ Setup
1) Pan and Tilt Control: Use arrow keys and the HOME button for manual camera movement.
2) Zoom: Zoom In/Out buttons adjust the view.
3) Focus: Focus In/Out buttons for manual focus adjustment.
4) PTZ Speeds: Pan speed (1-24), Tilt speed (1-20), Zoom and Focus speeds (1-7) can be set.
5) PTZ Presets: Save and recall camera positions using preset numbers (0-254). Use 'Set' to save and 'Call' to recall.
6) PTZ/OSD Dropdown: Access the on-screen display menu for camera control.
C. Language Selection
Select from English, Chinese (Simplified), or Russian to change the webpage language.
7.3 Video Settings
Configure video stream settings for the first and second streams.
1) Frac Rate: Turn On/Off Frac Rate.
2) Encode Level: Supports baseline, mainprofile, highprofile, and svc-t.
3) Encode Protocol: Supports H.264 and H.265.
4) Resolution: Configure resolutions for both streams. Higher resolution provides better image quality but uses more bandwidth.
5) Bit Rate: Adjust bit rate for image clarity and network bandwidth compatibility.
6) Frame Rate: Higher frame rates result in smoother motion.
7) I Key Frame Interval: Affects response time.
8) Bit Rate Control: CBR (Constant Bit Rate) or VBR (Variable Bit Rate).
9) Slice Split Enable: Enable or disable slice split function.
10) Slice Size: Set the size of the slice.
7.4 Image Settings
Adjust image parameters:
- Brightness: 0-99 (Default 50).
- Saturation: 0-200 (Default 100).
- Contrast: 0-99 (Default 50).
- Sharpness: 0-99 (Default 20).
- Hue: 0-99 (Default 50).
- Flip: Turn On/Off Flip function.
- Mirror: Turn On/Off Mirror function.
7.5 Audio Settings
Configure audio settings:
- Audio Switch: Turn On/Off audio switch.
- Audio Type: Optional: AAC.
- Sample Rate: Optional: 32K, 48K.
- Bit Rate: Optional: 96K, 128K, 256K.
- Input Type: Optional: LINE IN, MIC.
- Input Vol L: Volume of the left channel.
- Input Vol R: Volume of the right channel.
7.6 System Settings
- Reboot: Click 'Reboot' to restart the system.
- Username and Password: Modify the username and password (letters and numbers only).
7.7 Network Settings
LAN Settings: Configure IP address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS Address, and MAC Address.
NTP Settings: Set Time Zone, Server Address, Time Show, and Subtitle Display.
Port Settings: Configure HTTP Port, RTSP Port, TCP Port, UDP Port, and Sony Visca port.
7.8 NDI® Settings
- NDI® HB: Turn On/Off NDI® HB.
- NDI License: Display NDI License verification results.
- Server IP: Set NDI® Server IP address.
- Group Name: Set NDI® Group Name.
- Key: Set NDI® Key.
- NDI® Firmware Version: Display NDI® Firmware Version.
7.9 Device Information
View device information including Device ID, Device Type, Software Version, Webware Version, and Device Serial Number.
7.10 Download Upgrade Program
Contact the manufacturer for the camera upgrade program. WEB interface and parameters are subject to change without notice.
8 Troubleshooting
Image
- No Image: Check power supply, voltage, power indicator. Turn off power switch to check self-testing. Verify video platform and TV connections.
- Jittery Image: Ensure stable camera installation. Check for vibrating machinery nearby.
Browser Access Issues
- Unable to access camera through Browser: Test network connectivity. Disconnect and reconnect network, reset IP. Verify IP address, subnet mask, gateway. Check for MAC address conflicts and modified web ports. Remember default IP (192.168.100.88), username (admin), and password (admin).
Control Issues
- Remote control cannot control: Check remote battery. Verify camera working mode and remote control address.
- Serial port cannot control: Ensure camera protocol, address, and baud rate match. Check control line connection.
No Video Image in Browser
IE browser may require VLC plug-in. Download and install the 32-bit VLC media player from http://www.videolan.org/vlc. Other browsers generally support H5 and do not require the VLC plug-in.
