When putting the dried materials into the grinding chamber, the materials will be ground into the powder instantly by the operation of the blade and tip. The grinder is made of 304 stainless steel with durable construction. Grinding is fast, highly efficient and easy to operate. Tilted 270 degrees, It is easy to pour out all powder in the grinding chamber, and you can clean the residual powder with the brush easily. Do NOT let the machine working without any items in it. Do NOT use the machine in a high-temperature environment. DO NOT turn on the timer switch when the cover is open. Remember do not open the cover before power is off. DO NOT wash the machine directly with water. If you want to clean the smashing body, please clean it with the brush daily and wash it according to our instructions. 2 Safety Tips 1. When the cover is closed, two buckles on both sides must be tightened enough, otherwise there will be the risk of falling off 2. Before grinding, please check whether all screws are loose and the blade rotates normally. 3. Be careful when you remove the blade or clean the machine. 4. If any error occurs, pull out the power plug or cut off power immediately. Do not put the defective product in a working state. 1. For safety, the power supply must be ground. 2. Do not start the switch and unplug the power plug when the cover is opened 3. Make sure the voltage used is the same as the rated voltage on the nameplate before use. 4. Turn off and pull out the plug before replacing accessories or any other parts. 5. Please pull out the plug first when not in use or cleaning. 1. The grain must be dry, unfavorable processing damp grease of grain. 2. Materials shall not exceed 2/3 of the capacity in the grinding chamber. It is forbidden to be overfilled or over-released. 3. Smashing ordinary grain materials only needs 30 seconds and hard materials 60 seconds. Please set an appropriate smashing time for different materials. Suggest a small volume once a time in a short time to testing the best smashing time. 4. To prevent overheating, the machine cannot work continuously for a long time. The working time shouldn't exceed 500 seconds each time. Please wait for a whole cooling of the engine before grinding again. Generally, 10 minutes interval time will be fine. 5. The grinder has overheating protection system, which will help to suspend the machine due to overheating. Function Parts Fasten Switch By rotating the button, you can swing the machine body manually, which not only improves grinding effects but also makes powder pouring more convenient. Timer Grain grinder machine can be set a time for 0~5min. When the machine arrives at the setting time, it will stop automatically without human supervision, saving time and effort. Overload Protection Ensure the machine run and the motor won't be burned. When the machine is overloaded, the machine can be restored to work only by pressing this switch. 5 2. Operation Procedure Open the cover Put dry grain into the smashing body Close the cover, tighten all buckles Adjust the red adjustment screw Adjust the working time Pour out the powder and clean up 6 Cleaning & Maintenance How to Clean up the Grinding Bin 1. Daily cleaning: Clean the residual powder with the brush. 2. Moderate cleaning: Scrub the machine and the smashing chamber with a wrung wet towel. Note: Remember to use it again after it is dry. 3. Deep cleaning: Wash the smashing body with a little amount of water. Attention! Before washing, please tilt the smashing body to the maximum angle (open side faces down). Do not make any water entered the engine! After washing, use a dry dishcloth to dry it soon. 4. All cleaning work must be done after the power is turned off. 5. Using blades for a long time, you can remove and clean them with water. (The blades of the new grinder must be very tight, you need to use it for a long time, then blades can be removed.) To replace the blade: Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws under the blade, then loosen the nut on the blade with the wrench and remove the blade. 7 How to change the carbon brush Please find the carbon brush port on both sides of the grinder Rotate the nut counterclockwise with a slotted screwdriver till the carbon brush is loose enough to take out Put your new carbon brush into the port, and tighten the nut clockwise Note: Using the grinder for a long time, the carbon brush and the blades are badly worn, please change in time. Regularly inspect whether the blades and the screws of the grinding chamber are loose. Must tighten them to ensure safety. 8 Troubleshooting Trouble Cause Solutions The machine does not operate after the power is on. Poor power contact or power cord is loose. Carbon brush doesn't contact with the engine or ware out. Please plug in the power cord and check whether the power indicator light is on. If the indicator does not light, please replace the power supply or socket. Change the carbon brush. Air overload protector protects. Press the air overload protector to restart. Low voltage. Adjust the power supply voltage. The engine makes a buzzing noise after connecting to power and the blades turn slowly or even don't work. Stuck inside of crushing cabin by material The wet or excessive materials stop blades from working. Carbon brush or blade seriously worn. Remove the stuck stuff. Cut off the power immediately and remove the stuck object. Change the carbon brush or blade. Overload capacity. The engine surface is overheated and the Material not dry enough. stop working. Low power voltage. Running time too long. Reducing material quantity and decreasing the working pressure. Dry the material in the sun or bake it. Adjust the power supply voltage.
