Assembly Steps
Step 1:
Prepare the headboard (1) and footboard (2). Attach the side rails (5, 6) and center rail (7) to the headboard and footboard using screws (A, B, C) and Allen keys (H, I). Ensure correct alignment.
The diagram shows the initial connection of the main frame components. The headboard and footboard are shown standing upright. Side rails and the center rail are depicted being attached to these end pieces using screws. Close-up views illustrate the screw insertion points and the use of Allen keys for tightening. Specific screw types (A, B, C) and Allen keys (H, I) are indicated for this step.
Step 2:
Attach the center rail supports (8) and side rail support legs (9) to the assembled frame. Secure these components using screws (D, E, F) and flat washers (G). A magnified view shows the connection detail.
Step 2 focuses on adding structural support. Center rail supports (8) and side rail support legs (9) are shown being fastened to the side rails (5, 6) and center rail (7). Screws (D, E, F) and washers (G) are used for this attachment, with a detailed illustration of the connection points.
Step 3:
Connect the assembled side rails (5, 6) and center rail (7) to the headboard (1) and footboard (2). This step may involve using metal L-brackets and screws (e.g., B, C) for a secure connection.
Step 3 illustrates the final assembly of the main bed frame structure. The side rails and center rail are shown being joined to the headboard and footboard. Metal L-brackets are indicated as part of the connection, secured with screws. This step reinforces the overall frame integrity.
Step 4:
Place the bed slats (4) onto the frame. The slats rest on the side rails and center rail. Use the adjustable components (K) to secure the slats in place or adjust their positioning.
Step 4 shows the installation of the bed slats (4). The slats are laid across the frame. Adjustable components (K) are depicted being used, likely to fix the slats or provide support. The diagram shows how the slats are distributed evenly.
Step 5:
Finalize the assembly by tightening all screws. Use the adjustable feet (J) on the side rail support legs (9) to level the bed on the floor. Ensure all connections are secure.
Step 5 is the final stage. It emphasizes tightening all previously installed screws. The diagram shows adjustable feet (J) being attached to the support legs (9) to ensure the bed is level. A circular arrow symbol indicates the action of tightening.
