Product Overview

Thank you for purchasing our Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). This system is designed to provide you with enhanced protection while driving and alert you to potential tire issues in advance.

With the TPMS installed, the system monitors tire pressure and temperature conditions in real-time. If any abnormal tire pressure or temperature is detected, the system will emit a warning sound and display a bright flashing icon to inform the driver. These real-time reminders and issue handling can help avoid traffic accidents and ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.

Additionally, installing the system can effectively improve vehicle comfort, enhance driving safety, reduce vehicle wear, lower fuel consumption, and help prevent punctures.

Note on Signal Interference: In special environmental conditions, wireless signals may be weakened or lost due to interference or improper operation/installation. If a tire's signal is not received for 10 minutes, move the vehicle away from potential interference sources or visit a tire service center to check for faulty sensors, tire issues, or depleted sensor batteries (which may transmit abnormal signals more frequently, reducing battery life).

Scope of Use

The wireless tire pressure monitoring system requires proper installation by qualified operators according to the installation manual. The system's warranty is void if sensors are damaged due to improper installation or disassembly.

Leakage Warning

If any tire's air pressure drops below 1.8 Bar during a cycle, a buzzer will sound. The corresponding tire icon, pressure data, TPMS icon, and air leak icon will flash continuously. Press and hold the [Menu Button] to silence the buzzer alarm. The alarm will cease once the air leak is resolved.

Low Pressure Alarm

When any tire's pressure is detected to be lower than 75% of the standard tire pressure, the buzzer will sound. The corresponding tire icon, pressure data, TPMS icon, and low pressure icon will flash continuously. The alarm is released when tire pressure reaches or exceeds the alarm threshold. The default low-pressure alarm threshold is 1.8 Bar, suitable for most cars (referencing GB/T2978-2008 standards). For specific models, consult your vehicle's doorpost or a tire shop/4S shop for the correct standard tire pressure.

High Pressure Alarm

If any tire's pressure exceeds the standard cold tire pressure value (especially when the vehicle is fully loaded), the buzzer will sound. The corresponding tire icon, pressure data, TPMS icon, and high pressure icon will flash continuously. The alarm is released when tire pressure drops below the alarm threshold. The factory default high-pressure alarm threshold is 3.2 Bar, suitable for most cars (referencing GB/T2978-2008 standards). For specific models, consult your vehicle's doorpost or a tire shop/4S shop for the correct standard tire pressure.

High Temperature Alarm

When any tire's temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold, the buzzer will sound. The corresponding tire icon, temperature data, TPMS icon, and high temperature icon will flash continuously. The alarm is released when the temperature drops by 1°C below the alarm threshold. The factory default temperature threshold is 70°C.

Sensor Low Battery Alarm

When any sensor transmitter's battery level drops below 2.4V, the buzzer will sound. The corresponding tire pressure icon and low battery icon will flash continuously. The alarm will sound only once upon each restart and will automatically clear after 30 seconds.

Alarm Status Diagrams

When a buzzer or voice alarm occurs, long-press the [Right Button] to silence the alarm. If the alarm condition persists upon the next data update, the alarm will sound again.

Low Tire Pressure Alarm Example:

Left rear wheel air pressure low alarm: The icon flashes, and the left rear tire pressure value flashes. This indicates abnormal left rear tire pressure; stop the vehicle and check promptly to resolve the fault. (Voice prompt: "Lower rear tire is depressed")

High Tire Pressure Alarm Example:

Left rear wheel air pressure low alarm: The icon flashes, and the left rear tire pressure value flashes. This indicates the tire pressure is too high; deflate the tires promptly. (Voice prompt: "Left rear tire pressure")

High Temperature Alarm Example:

Exceeding the high temperature alarm value: The left rear tire temperature is high, the icon flashes, and the left rear wheel temperature value flashes.

Sensor Low Battery Alarm Example:

Sensor is low (battery exhausted): The sensor low icon is displayed, indicating the left rear wheel sensor is out of power. The receiver may also show a low battery warning. (Voice prompt: "Left rear wheel is low" or "Receiver is low")

Function Settings

Users can configure system parameters according to vehicle conditions or personal needs. If no settings are modified, the system defaults to factory settings.

Press and hold the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter the system setting state. Except for the pairing operation interface (90 seconds), other interfaces will exit automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. The system will return to the main interface state. Settings without confirmation will not be saved.

(Note: After completing any parameter setting, long-press the [Menu Button] to return to the main interface.)

1. Unit Settings (Factory default: Bar, °C)

Pressure Unit: In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. The Bar icon appears in the lower left corner. Press the [Menu Button] to enter the operable setting state. Use the [Left Button] and [Right Button] to select the PSI unit. Press the [Menu Button] to complete the setup.

Temperature Unit: In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. Press the [Right Button] once to enter the temperature unit setting. Press the [Menu Button] to enter the operable setting state. Use the [Left Button] and [Right Button] to select the °F unit. Press the [Menu Button] to complete the setup.

2. Adjust Upper and Lower Limits of Tire Pressure Value (Factory default: High Pressure 3.2 Bar / Low Pressure 1.8 Bar, High Temperature 70°C)

High Pressure Limit: In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. Press the [Right Button] twice to access the air pressure upper limit setting. Short-press the [Menu Button]. The pressure value will flash. Use the [Left Button] and [Right Button] to set the maximum upper limit air pressure. Long-press the [Menu Button] to exit after setting.

Low Pressure Limit: In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. Press the [Right Button] three times to access the air pressure lower limit setting. Short-press the [Menu Button]. The pressure value will flash. Use the [Left Button] and [Right Button] to set the lower limit parameter value. Press the [Menu Button] to exit after setting.

Temperature Alarm Setting: In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. Press the [Right Button] four times to access the temperature alarm setting. Press [Menu Button] once; the temperature value will flash. Use the [Left Button] and [Right Button] to set the temperature alarm value. Press [Menu Button] to save after setting.

3. Quick Pairing

In the power-on state, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter settings. Press the [Left Button] again to reach the seventh item. Press the [Menu Button] twice; the unit will reset and restart, restoring factory settings. Then, install the sensors into the tire valves sequentially. Drive the vehicle at speeds over 30 km/h for approximately 5-10 minutes. The host will automatically detect sensor signals, and once all four sensors are found, pairing is complete. After a factory reset, previously manually set data will be restored to factory defaults.

4. Tire Pairing (Charge/Deflation Pairing)

In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. Press the [Left Button] twice to enter the pairing selection mode, then press the [Menu Button] once.

The interface number (e.g., '0') will appear to be jittering. The default is the left front wheel pairing state. Press the [Menu Button] once; the ID code in the lower left corner will flash. The pairing modes are:

Select the positions: "Left Front" → "Right Front" → "Left Rear" → "Right Rear" to perform sensor pairing. When the desired tire position is selected, only that screen display will be active, and the tire's "ID" code will keep flashing. Each tire sensor must be confirmed by pressing the [Menu Button] once, indicating the sensor has been activated.

(Note: Internal sensors activate via charging/discharging; external sensors activate through repeated installation to transmit signals.) When the receiver detects a signal from a corresponding sensor, the new "ID" code will display in the lower left corner, indicating successful pairing. (Note: '0' = Left Front Wheel, '1' = Right Front Wheel, '2' = Left Rear Wheel, '3' = Right Rear Wheel).

5. Tire Exchange

In standby mode, long-press the [Menu Button] for 3 seconds to enter system settings. Continue pressing the [Right Button] five times to enter the tire exchange mode. Press the [Menu Button] once to confirm entry. Two tire icons will blink. Short-press the [Left Button] or [Right Button] to select the tire exchange operation. The default is "Replace Left Front Wheel and Right Front Wheel". Use the [Left/Right Buttons] to switch between combinations: "Left Rear and Right Rear Wheel Exchange" → "Left Front and Left Rear Wheel Exchange" → "Right Front and Right Rear Wheel Exchange" → "Right Front and Left Rear Wheel Exchange" → "Left Rear Wheel and Right Rear Wheel Exchange". Press the [Menu Button] once after selecting any two tires to change the combination state. Conversion is successful. (Note: '0' = Left Front Wheel, '1' = Right Front Wheel, '2' = Left Rear Wheel, '3' = Right Rear Wheel).

Installation Notes

External Sensor Installation

Step a: Screw in the anti-theft nut first.

Step b: Tighten the sensor.

Step c: Screw the anti-theft nut counterclockwise against the sensor using a wrench.

Step d: Tighten the sensor and then tighten the anti-theft nut counterclockwise with a wrench.

Internal Sensor Installation

When replacing a sensor battery, disassemble one sensor at a time. Install the outer casing without mixing or disassembling multiple sensors simultaneously. This prevents misplacement and incorrect installation in other tire positions.

When the receiver prompts "The sensor is low" and displays a "LO" flashing warning, please replace the sensor battery for the corresponding tire promptly. (Recommended battery: Lithium CR1632, operating temperature: -30°C to 80°C). Batteries can be purchased from product vendors.

  1. Separate the tire from the rim.
  2. Cut off the rubber at the bottom of the valve.
  3. Use a screw to secure the valve slightly. Remove the washer, nut, and dust cap.
  4. Mount the sensor onto the valve. Adjust the sensor to the best angle within the wheel hub by hand. Remove the sensor from the wheel hub. Use a specialized tool to tighten the valve in its original location.
  5. After tightening the valve, mount it onto the wheel hub.
  6. Mount the washer nut and dust cap.
  7. Mount the tire and rim, then inflate the tire.
  8. Perform a dynamic balance test.
