Inverse Logic

This function provides a faster wash regardless of the programme selected. It is designed for modern living, where lightly soiled clothes are washed more often at lower temperatures.

autoLoad

This sensor precisely determines the load being washed and adjusts the programme accordingly. There is no need for a half load button; simply select your programme of choice and press start.

The Display Panel

The display panel simplifies the use of these appliances. The machines clearly show their progress through the different programme stages.

optiWave Drum

The new optiWave drum system features unique innovations for high efficiency, gentleness, and time saving. The extra-large stainless steel inner drum is housed in a machine designed to fit standard under-counter gaps. The 55-litre capacity allows for washing bigger loads less frequently, with a recommended maximum of 7kg for crease-free results. It can accommodate bulky items like blankets, bedspreads, duvets, curtains, and down-filled ski jackets.

The drum's groundbreaking paddles are asymmetric. Steep edges create powerful forces for heavy-duty work, while shallow edges allow clothes to glide gently. The drum's surface is sculpted into a raindrop pattern, emulating the paddle shape for potent yet gentle treatment.

rainFlow

A two-way water inflow system called rainFlow allows for rapid soaking, reducing dry friction within the drum to protect delicate fabrics. This system provides a constant flow of up to 4 litres per minute, reducing soaking time, saving water, and improving water and detergent distribution throughout the clothes. The asymmetric paddles distribute the water and detergent mix faster for more effective wash performance using less water and detergent.

Self Cleaning Dispenser

The self-cleaning detergent tray has been completely redesigned. Specially positioned jet-inlet sprays force water into the tray on every wash, rinsing away any leftover powder or tablet residue.

Large Drum Capacity

Ultimate woolCare

This programme removes the need for hand washing woollen items. It uses a gentle cradle system that treats delicate wool and cashmere with utmost care throughout washing and spin drying.

Easycare dark

Designed for lightly soiled dark laundry, this programme protects colours from bleeding. Its special optimised spin cycle reduces creasing, and an extra rinse cycle ensures thorough removal of detergent residue that can cause fading.

Rapid 15 (for 2kg lightly soiled load)

This is a perfect quick wash, completing in 15 minutes, ideal when your favourite outfit needs to be ready in a rush.

Intensive wash

For more intensive wash loads, this option extends wash times to provide "A" class wash results.

Power wash

This programme washes 5kg of laundry in 60 minutes, delivering "A" class wash performance.

Outdoor programme

Designed to protect and preserve all your outdoor clothing. The extended rinse cycles ensure complete removal of even the most ground-in dirt.

Less ironing

Selected, this option modifies the spin profile to provide a gentler spin, preventing heavy creasing while still removing the optimum amount of water for easier drying.

Shirts/Blouses

A dedicated programme designed to wash up to 7 shirts at a time with care. It reduces wash agitation and spin to ensure creasing is minimized, making ironing easier.

Tried and Tested

All Siemens washing machines and washer dryers are 100% tested during production for safety, function, and noise. Door hinges and metal door catches are tested to open a minimum of 20,000 times (equivalent to 48 years of use), with one door tested for up to 60,000 uses. Furthermore, 98% of all components in Siemens washing machines are recyclable.

hydroSafe

Siemens washing machines are guaranteed to be 100% leak-proof. If a leak occurs, the sensor shuts down the machine immediately.

Multiple Water Protection

All machines are fitted with a supply hose designed to withstand 7 times normal water pressure. They also feature overflow prevention in case of malfunction, safe water circulation through the appliance interior, and electrical locking on the porthole to prevent unintentional opening.

Stainless Steel Inner Drum

The inner drum is made from stainless steel and securely encased in the outer drum. The outer drum is made of polynox, a material used in aerospace and automotive industries for its strength and longevity. This material does not rust and helps maintain heat within the drum for efficient energy usage.

Energy and Water Saving

Siemens washing machines have an energy performance level 10% better than the standard for class A. Precise load recognition technology adjusts the amount of water needed according to the load size. These machines use only 7 litres of water per kg of dry laundry. More efficient models use 0.17 kWh/kg, below the threshold value of 0.19 kWh/kg.
