Product Overview

This document provides instructions for the assembly and operation of the Electric Sit-Stand Desk.

Assembly Instructions

1. Step 1: Attach the desk legs (B1, B2) to the crossbar (B7) using screws (ax4) and M5 screws (g).
2. Step 2: Attach the foot plates (B5) to the bottom of the desk legs (B1, B2) using M6x35 screws (cx8) and M5 screws (g).
3. Step 3: Attach the crossbar supports (B6) to the desk legs using M8x16 screws (bx4) and M5 screws (g).
4. Step 4: Connect the lifting column (B8) to the crossbar (B7) and the leg (B2). Secure it using M18 screws (h).
5. Step 5: Attach the desktop support plates (B3, B4) to the top of the lifting columns and crossbar supports using M6x10 screws (fx4) and M6x12 screws (ex10).
6. Step 6: Secure the assembled frame to the underside of the desktop (desktop not included in this manual) using M6x14 screws (dx10).
7. Step 7: Connect the lifting column cable (B9) to the control box area using M6x14 screws (dx2).
8. Step 8: Connect the control box (B11) to the lifting columns and power source. Ensure all connections are secure.
9. Step 9: Route and secure all cables neatly using the provided cable clips (ix5).
10. Step 10: Attach the digital control panel (B12) to the designated location on the desktop.
11. Step 11: Install the desk grommet (B13) into the desktop for cable management. Connect the power cable to the control box and plug it into a power outlet. The desk is now ready for use.

Digital Control Panel Guide

The digital control panel allows for height adjustment and memory functions.

• Lifting Function: Press the '⬆' button to raise the desk; press the '⬇' button to lower it. The desk stops automatically at the highest or lowest point. Release the button to stop movement at any point.
• Preset Memory Height Function: To save a height, press and hold a memory button (e.g., '1') for 3 seconds. "S-1" will display, indicating the height is saved. Repeat for other memory buttons.
• Recall Memory Height Function: Briefly press a memory button (e.g., '1') to automatically move the desk to the saved height.
• Desktop Reset: If "ER1" is displayed or the desk is at its lowest limit, press and hold the '⬇' button for over 3 seconds until "RST" appears. Then, press and hold '⬇' again; the desk will descend to the bottom and rebound to a set minimum height.
• Child Safety Lock: Press and hold the '⬆' and '⬇' buttons simultaneously for over 5 seconds to activate the lock. "LOC" will display, and all controls will be disabled. To unlock, press and hold the same buttons for over 5 seconds.
• Anti-Collision Detection: This feature helps prevent damage by stopping and reversing the desk's movement if it detects an obstruction.
• Overheat Protection: If the desk is operated too frequently, the motor may overheat. The desk will disable lifting operations for approximately 18 minutes to prevent damage. "hot" will be displayed.
• Motor Abnormal Protection: If "ER1" is displayed, power off the desk, check motor and controller connections, then power on and perform a reset.
• Setup Menu: Press and hold '1' and '2' buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds to enter the setup menu. Use '1'/'2' to cycle through settings and '⬆'/'⬇' to adjust values. Press and hold '1' and '2' for 5 seconds to save settings. The menu includes options for minimum/maximum height, anti-collision sensitivity (up/down), decimal display, and unit system (metric/imperial).
