Maintenance
Filter Lifespans
The lifespan of the filters is estimated as follows:
- RO (Reverse Osmosis) Membrane Filter: [RO Filter Icon] need to replace the filter
- PCB (Pleated PP Membrane & Activated Carbon Block) Filter: [PCB Filter Icon] need to replace the filter
Note:
- The filter lifespan is based on the power-on time of the whole machine or the time the machine is actively purifying water. Whichever time threshold is reached first will cause the filter reset indicator to illuminate.
- The actual lifetime of the filters may differ depending on the input water quality, season, and how long the machine is powered on. The figures above are just an estimate. Your results may vary.
Filter replacement
- Turn off the power and remove the raw water tank.
- Open the buckle and pull the filter out.
- Reinstall the new filter, then pull the buckle down to secure it.
- Fill with raw water.
- Power on and press the [Settings Button] for 5s to reset the filter (if an indicator alerts you to replace the filter).
- Press the [Settings Button] for 5s to enter the settings. Press the [Flush Button] to select which filter needs to be reset, then press the [Settings Button] for 3s to reset. After reset, press the [Settings Button] for 3s to exit the settings (this applies if an indicator has not alerted you, but the filter needs replacement).
Automatic backflushing
The system automatically enters flushing mode under the following circumstances:
- For the first time using: When powered on, the system will automatically switch to auto-flushing mode and start back-flushing for 20 seconds.
- Every time before water making: The system will be forced to backflush for 20 seconds before a filtration cycle starts.
- For restored power: When the power is restored from an outage, the system will be forced to auto backflush for 20 seconds.
- Manual backflushing: Press the [Flush Button] to trigger the 20-second backflushing.
How to clean your water purifier
- Please regularly wipe the exterior with a soft towel. Do not wipe the surface with chemical cleaners as this may damage the surface.
- Do not rinse the product with water as it may cause water accumulation that is prone to bacteria and odors.
- Please clean the water tank regularly to keep the tank clean and hygienic. Dirty water in the tank may cause damage to seals and other components.
- If you need to stop using this machine for a long time (more than 7 days), please drain the water tank and unplug from the power supply. When using the water purifier again, you must clean the unit according to the "Product Instructions" above before drinking normally.
