Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
- Q: Why can't my headphones pair with my mobile phone?
- A: Check if your headphones are in pairing or reconnection mode. Ensure your device's Bluetooth search function is on. If so, go to your device's Bluetooth menu, remove/ignore the "NC25" pairing name, and try reconnecting using the "Easy Pairing" steps.
- Q: Why won't my headphones turn on?
- A: Please check the battery status of your headphones.
- Q: Can I replace the battery?
- A: No, the headphones have a built-in, non-detachable Li-Polymer battery that cannot be replaced.
- Q: Can I use headphones while driving?
- A: For your safety, it is strongly recommended not to use headphones while driving to avoid distractions.
- Q: Why do my headphones sometimes disconnect within 10 meters?
- A: Check for nearby metal materials or obstacles that might interfere with the Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is sensitive to objects between devices.
- Q: Why can't I hear any sound from my computer or mobile phone?
- A: Verify that your computer's output channel supports the A2DP profile. Also, check the volume settings on both the headphones and your computer/mobile phone.
- Q: Why can't I control the volume of an app on my phone using the headphones?
- A: Due to variations in application software configurations, headphones may not be fully compatible with all apps.
- Q: What should I do if Bluetooth won't turn on or off?
- A: Reset the Bluetooth function by inserting an audio cable into the headphone's audio port and then removing it. Before reconnecting, remove/ignore the "NC25" pairing name from your phone.
- Q: Why does Bluetooth turn off when I connect an audio cable?
- A: This is a special feature. When an audio cable is inserted, all Bluetooth functions stop. Bluetooth will become available again once the audio cable is removed.
- Q: Why can't I turn the headphones on/off?
- A: ANC and Bluetooth use the same LED indicator but with different colors (green for ANC, blue for Bluetooth). If you're confused, turn off ANC first. You'll become familiar with the light meanings with use.
- Q: Why is the audio quality poor on a Windows PC?
- A: Some users report poor audio quality on Windows PCs. Ensure you are using "Headphone Mode" (not "Headset Mode") for output, which significantly improves audio quality. "Headset Mode" is for compressed VOIP calls.
