Attention
This document contains the Release Notes for CTE device firmware version 01.11.03. This version includes feature updates and improvements made after the CTE product firmware 1.10.01 released in December of 2024.
Installation and Update Notes
Device firmware updates are available through the ENGAGE™ cloud database. From the ENGAGE web portal, each lock may be independently selected by the site administrator to have the latest firmware downloaded during the next scheduled Wi-Fi connection. The site administrator may connect locally to individual devices with the ENGAGE mobile application to update a CTE with the latest firmware.

- Reader MT Application: 09.49.00
- Reader MTB Application: 60.49.01
- BLE Application: 02.13.06.327,01.10.03,01-1.7.0
- Wi-Fi Application: 02.15.0.1

Allegion strives to provide the best products and service for its customers. Specifically, any customer interested in any of the following Recent Changes should update their devices.
CTE Recent Changes
- Fixed an issue where a new user could be denied access when added through a partial database download
- Fixed an issue where a Schedule could be corrupted during JSON parsing
- Removed an “Invalid Image” audit message logged for 410 mode
- Fixed an issue where the Aux Relay could remain active during an auto unlock schedule with "First Person In" enabled
- General Security Improvements – New Firmware Baseline: Version 01.11.03 is the new firmware baseline. Firmware cannot be downgraded below this version.
