The BOTTICELLI BT AV 650 system is designed for motorizing sectional doors and protruding, fully retracting spring-operated overhead doors. The maximum height for overhead doors is 3 meters. The installation is straightforward, allowing for quick fitting without modifying the door. The irreversible gearmotor ensures the door remains locked in the closed position.

  5. Wiring and Connections: Connect accessories, safety devices (photocells, safety edges), and control inputs (START, PED, STOP) to the control unit according to the wiring diagram. Ensure mains voltage connections are kept separate from low-voltage safety connections.
  6. Low Power Mode: The system features a low power mode to save energy, where accessory power is disconnected after 10 seconds of inactivity. This is indicated by a dot on the display.

Parameter Settings and Diagnostics

The control unit allows for various parameter adjustments (Table A) to customize operation, including:

  • d1: Opening impulse block.
  • d2: Configuration for safety edges (BAR/8K2).
  • d3: Photocell test activation.
  • d4: Power Down activation for energy saving.
  • t1: Automatic closure time.
  • t2: Opening torque.
  • t3: Closure torque.

The system provides diagnostic codes (e.g., St rE, oPE n, cLS, ErD1, Er1H*) to indicate operational status and potential errors. Troubleshooting involves checking connections, parameter settings, and component wear.

Transmitter Programming and Cancellation
