Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions carefully before use.
- Follow all safety instructions during use.
- When using electrical and electronic appliances, take basic precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction on safe use and understand the hazards. Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Keep the appliance and its power cable out of reach of children under 8 years old.

- This appliance is not intended to be operated by external timers or remote-control systems.
- Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any non-removable part in water or other liquids. Do not expose electrical connections to water.
- This device is designed for domestic use only.
- Position the appliance to avoid spillage of hot liquids, being careful with the handle.
- Ensure your mains supply voltage matches the appliance's rating label.
- Use the appliance in a well-ventilated room.
- Incorrect use can damage the appliance and be dangerous. Use only as described in this manual.
- Unplug the appliance before moving, cleaning, or when not in use.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Regularly check the power cable for damage. If damaged, it must be repaired by official Cecotec Technical Support.
- Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not let the cable touch hot surfaces or hang over edges.
- Do not use extension cords unless advised by a qualified electrician.
- Do not use the appliance if its cable, plug, or housing are damaged, or if it malfunctions or has been dropped.
- Do not use in potentially dangerous locations (flammable, explosive, chemical, wet atmospheres).
- Place the appliance on an even, heat-resistant surface. Be careful when placing the basket out of the air fryer; place the handle inwards to prevent spillage.
- Do not place the appliance near heat sources, high humidity, or combustible materials.
- Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into ventilation openings.
- Do not fill the basket with oil to avoid fire hazard.
- Do not touch the interior while in operation.
- Always place ingredients inside the basket to prevent contact with heating elements.
- Ensure hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on.
- Unplug when not in use or cleaning. Allow to cool completely before cleaning.
- Do not leave the appliance unsupervised while plugged in.
- Cleaning and maintenance must follow this manual.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall; maintain a 10 cm safety distance on the back and sides. Do not place objects on top.
- Hot steam is released from air outlet openings. Keep hands and face at a safe distance.
- Immediately unplug if you notice black smoke. Wait for smoke to disappear before removing the basket.
- Use gloves when touching the basket and rack.
- Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
- Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance.

Before Use
- Remove the appliance from its packaging and discard packaging materials responsibly.
- Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. Contact Cecotec Technical Support if anything is missing or damaged.
- Remove any stickers or labels that may hinder use.
- Clean the surface and inside with a damp cloth.
- The air fryer fries with air; do not add oil or fat unless for flavour in very small doses.
- Do not place items on top of the product, as this blocks airflow and reduces heating.
- Install the glass lid handle manually by inserting the screw from the bottom and the handle from the top.

Operation
- Place the device on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Plug the appliance into an earthed wall socket.
- Carefully remove the basket and place food inside. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Put the basket back into the air fryer.
Using the digital control panel
The control panel can be used in two ways depending on the fryer's orientation.
Air fryer mode
- Power icon: Turns the appliance on/off. First press illuminates the entire panel; second press returns to standby.
- Start/Pause icon: Starts or pauses the cooking process.
- Time/temperature icon: Displays and modifies time and temperature settings.
- Time/Temperature display: Shows current time and temperature.
- Increase/decrease icons: Adjust temperature (80°C-200°C) or time (1-60 min).
- Menu selector icon: Selects from pre-set menus.

Grill/pot mode
Follow these steps to place the pot or grill:
- Switch off and unplug the fryer.
- Remove and store the basket.
- Pull out the flip spring knob to unlock and turn the fryer over.
- Turn the fryer upside down, keeping the flip spring knob pulled, so the heating element is at the top.
- The display interface will change; symbols may appear upside down but remain functional.
- Place the pot or grill on the heating element.
- Reconnect the fryer to the power socket.
Tips for cooking:
- Preheat for 3 minutes without food if necessary.
- Adjust timer for preheating.
- Excess oil accumulates at the bottom.
- Remove basket when timer beeps; check food doneness.
- Cooking parameters may vary due to food differences.
- Removing the basket does not affect cooking due to fast airflow technology.
- Cold-started products may take ~3 minutes longer.
- Avoid high-oil content foods like sausages.
- Smaller foods may require slightly less cooking time.
- Adjust cooking time based on food quantity.
- Turning small foods during cooking can improve results.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean after each use to prevent residue buildup and odors.
- The fryer, basket, and interior are non-stick. Do not use metallic or abrasive materials.
- Unplug the appliance to cool it down. Remove the basket for faster cooling.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Clean the fryer thoroughly with hot water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Use degreaser for stains.
- For stubborn stains on the bottom or basket, soak with hot water and detergent for 10 minutes.
- Clean the inside with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean heating elements with a brush to remove food residues.
- Ensure all components are clean and dry.
- No components are dishwasher safe.
Troubleshooting
