Registering Yealink W60 B/ W70 B devices with FortiVoice Cloud
To register a Yealink W60B/W70B phone with FortiVoice Cloud, complete the following procedures in sequence: 1. Configuring the Yealink base station and handsets in FortiVoice Cloud on page 1 2. Enabling your Yealink account for the base station - third- party phone on page 2 3. Provisioning the Yealink base station with Yealink Management Cloud Service on page 3 4 . Pairing the Yealink handsets with the base station on page 3
Before you begin
Licensing and provisioning Yealink devices You have a FortiVoice Cloud license with basic, standard, or premium access level. For information about which FortiVoice Cloud features are included with which licenses, see the FortiVoice Cloud Unified Communications Data Sheet.
l Connect the Yealink base station to the network using a Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection. (PoE). If PoE is not available, a direct current (DC) power supply and standard network connection can be used.
l You need a Yealink account to access the Yealink Management Cloud Service and provision the Yealink base station using the Redirection and Provisioning Service (RPS). For more information, see the Yealink Help Center.
l You have a Yealink trusted digital certificate. The file type must be CRT, CER, DER, or PEM, and the file size must be no larger than 5 MB.
l The FortiVoice Cloud administrator must ensure that they share the URL for the FortiVoice Cloud server with you so that you can complete Provisioning the Yealink base station with Yealink Management Cloud Service on page 3.
Configuring the Yealink base station and handsets in FortiVoice Cloud
1. Log in to the FortiVoice Cloud admin portal. 2. Go to Extension > Extension > IP Extension. 3. Click New. 4 . Under Number, enter an extension number. 5. Under Device Setting, Device, click the plus icon (+) New.
The Desktop FortiFone dialog box appears. 6. Enter the following information:

Enter the MAC address of the Yealink base station.
Select either the Yealink- W60B or Yealink- W70B model.
l If a profile already exists for the Yealink device, this field is prefilled when you select the model in the previous field.
l You can create a new profile by clicking New. l You can edit an existing profile by clicking Edit. For more information, see the section Configuring phone profiles in the FortiVoice Cloud Advanced Administration Guide.
Optionally, you can enter a description by clicking Edit.

7. Click Create. 8. In the IP Extension dialog box, under Device Setting, click Advanced. 9. For Handset ID, enter the number of handsets (up to a maximum of eight) that you want to connect with the
base station. 10 . To assign unique IDs to the handsets and connect the handsets to the base station, click Generate. 11. Click OK. 12. Click Create.
For more information, see the section Configuring IP extensions in the FortiVoice Cloud Advanced Administration Guide. 13. Obtain the FortiVoice Cloud server URL which you require for Provisioning the Yealink base station with Yealink Management Cloud Service on page 3. If your FortiVoice Cloud administrator has not provided you with the URL, complete the following steps to obtain it: a. Go to Phone System > Device > Phone. b. Click the row containing the newly- configured Yealink device. c. Click Action > View phone configuration > Phone. d. Take note of the URL listed for static.auto_provision.server.url.

Enabling your Yealink account for the base station - third- party phone

This procedure uses the FortiGate admin portal to obtain the device IP address.
Yealink is a third- party phone. The account may need to be enabled. To enable the Yealink base station, you require its IP address. 1. Log in to FortiGate admin portal. 2. Go to Monitor > DHCP Monitor. 3. Locate the Yealink W60B or W70B device in the list. 4 . Take note of the IP address. 5. To access the web page of the Yealink base station, start a web browser and enter the URL.

The URL format is https://<IP_address>. Where <IP_address> is the IP address of the Yealink base station. 6. To log in, enter the username as admin and the password as 23646. 7. Navigate to the Account tab. 8. If the account is disabled, enable it.
You need to enable the account once only.

Provisioning the Yealink base station with Yealink Management Cloud Service
Provision the Yealink base station using the RPS server.
1. Log in to Yealink Management Cloud Service. 2. In the navigation sidebar, click Device. 3. In the Device page, click Add. 4 . Enter the MAC address of the base station. 5. Click Save.
The phone is added to the list of devices. 6. In the navigation sidebar, click Server. 7. In the Server page, click Add. 8. Enter a unique server name. 9. Under Server URL, enter the FortiVoice Cloud URL.
Use the following format: https://f<example_numbers>-phone.fortivoice-cloud.com:443/provisioning/ 10 . Registering the device to FortiVoice Cloud requires a trusted digital certificate, for example, subcacacert2_ bundle.pem. Under Trusted Certificates File, click to upload the certificate. 11. Click Save. 12. Go back to the Device page by clicking Device in the navigation sidebar. 13. Select the base station you previously added and click Edit. 14 . Add the Server Name you recently created in the Server page so that the Yealink RPS server knows with which server it must communicate. 15. Click Save.

Pairing the Yealink handsets with the base station For more information about pairing the Yealink handsets with the base station, see the Yealink Support website.
To check that the base station and handsets are registered, log in to FortiVoice Cloud admin portal and go to Monitor > Extension & Device > Extension.
