Power on and off
Power on: Taking the earphones out of the charging case will automatically turn them on. To manually turn on each earphone, press and hold the touchpad for three seconds.
Power off: Placing the earphones in the charging case will automatically turn them off. To manually turn off each earphone, press and hold the touchpad for five seconds.
Note: If the earphones are not paired with a Bluetooth device within three minutes after powering on, they will automatically power off. They will also power off after three minutes if the paired Bluetooth device moves out of the effective connection range and has not reconnected.
Take out and pair the earphones
If you're using the earphones for the first time, remove both from the charging case. The LED on one earphone will blink white and cyan alternately, indicating that they are in pairing mode.
Note:
- If the earphones have not been paired with each other, they will automatically enter pairing mode when turned on. You'll hear two beeps when pairing is successful.
- If the earphones have been paired before, they will automatically reconnect to each other when turned on. You'll hear a beep when they connect.

Connect to Bluetooth device
On your device, turn on Bluetooth and choose to connect to "HTC NE21".

Basic operations
Music Mode
- Play/Pause: Tap either earphone once (x1)
- Volume up: Tap the right earphone twice (x2)
- Volume down: Tap the left earphone twice (x2)
- Previous track: Tap the left earphone three times (x3)
- Next track: Tap the right earphone three times (x3)
Call Mode
- Answer/End call: Tap either earphone once (x1)
- Reject call: Press and hold either earphone for two seconds (2s)
- Activate voice assistant: Press and hold the left earphone for two seconds (2s)
Note: When using a single earphone only, pressing and holding the active earphone for two seconds will activate the voice assistant.
Game Mode
Switch between Game and Music modes: Music mode is the default mode. Press and hold the right earphone for two seconds to switch between modes. (The louder notification sound indicates Game mode.)
Note: Mode switching is disabled when you are using a single earphone only.
Indicator LEDs
Earphone LED
- Status: Both earphones: Powered on, LED: Blinking white and cyan
- Status: Single earphone: Unpaired, LED: Blinking white and cyan
- Status: Charging, LED: Solid white
- Status: Paired or fully charged, LED: Off
Charging case Power display
- Status: Earphones charging, Display: Flashing
- Status: Case charging, Display: Shows 100%
- Status: Case fully charged, Display: Solid
How to reset the earphones
If the earphones fail to pair or reconnect to each other, reset them by tapping both earphones five times simultaneously. After hearing four "beep" prompts, the earphones will automatically power off. Place both earphones back into the charging case, then take them out again. The earphones will automatically pair. You can then connect to Bluetooth devices.
Use cases for reset:
- When both earphones cannot pair or only one side has sound.
- When using a single earphone to connect to different Bluetooth devices.
- When clearing all previously connected Bluetooth devices.
Note: Resetting the earphones will clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
Special Tip: If a single earphone has no sound or cannot be paired, please follow the reset procedure above.

- Use the product and store it in a clean environment that is free from extreme temperature, pressure, and humidity. Ensure the product is stored in a location where it cannot be bent or squeezed.
- Repairs and replacements should only be performed by authorized after-sales service staff. Do not attempt to disassemble or replace any part of the product yourself to prevent injuries or damage to the device. Any unauthorized modification to the product voids the warranty.
- Only use the product in environments where Bluetooth transmission is permitted.

- Do not use the product when performing high-risk tasks that require your full attention.
- For your hearing protection, do not listen at high volume for long periods.
- Keep the product and its packaging out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents such as swallowing and choking.
Battery safety instructions
- Keep the product away from prolonged exposure to heat sources such as open fires or direct sunlight.
- Only store the product in environments with ambient temperatures of 0 to 35°C (32 to 95°F).
- Do not use or store the product in dust-prone, smoke-prone, high-temperature, high-pressure, or highly humid environments.
- Keep the product dry and away from liquids or moisture.
- Only use an FCC or CCC-certified charger with an output voltage of 5 V/1 A DC.
- Do not use the product while charging.
- Do not leave the product charging for longer than 8 hours.
- Dispose of the product responsibly according to your local waste management guidelines.
