Overview
This document provides instructions for installing components into the Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 PC case. The case is designed for PC building and offers support for various motherboard form factors.

Installation Steps
Step 1: Removing Side Panels
To begin, remove the side panels. Each panel is secured by two screws (①) at the rear. Unscrew these and slide the panel outwards to detach it.
Step 2: Installing the Power Supply Unit (PSU)
Place the Power Supply Unit (PSU) into its designated bay located at the bottom rear of the case. Secure the PSU using screws (Type A).
Step 3: Installing the Motherboard
Position the motherboard onto the standoffs pre-installed inside the case. Align the screw holes and secure the motherboard using screws (Type A) with the help of the standoff installation tool (D).
Step 4: Installing the Graphics Card (GPU)
Insert the Graphics Card (GPU) into the appropriate PCIe slot on the motherboard. Ensure it is firmly seated. Secure the GPU bracket to the case using screws.
Step 5: Connecting Front Panel I/O Cables
Connect the cables from the case's front panel to the corresponding headers on the motherboard. These typically include:
- USB 3.0 header
- FPANEL (Front Panel Connector)
- AUDIO header
- ARGB Hub connector
- RESET SW connector
- USB-C header
Step 6: Installing 2.5-inch SSDs
The MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 offers multiple ways to install 2.5-inch Solid State Drives (SSDs):
- Option 1A/5A: Mount the SSD bracket in the lower section of the case. Secure the bracket using screws (Type C). Then, mount the SSD onto this bracket using screws (Type C).
- Option 2A/4A: Mount the SSD directly onto a dedicated bracket using screws (Type C).
- Option 3A/1B: Mount the SSD onto a tray using screws (Type B).
- Option 2B: Install the SSD bracket using screws (Type C).
- Option 3B: Install two 2.5-inch SSDs into the available drive bays.
- Option 6A: Install multiple SSD brackets for additional storage.
Step 7: Installing 3.5-inch HDDs
To install 3.5-inch Hard Disk Drives (HDDs):
- Attach the drive bay rails (E) to the sides of the 3.5-inch HDD.
- Slide the HDD assembly into the designated drive bay until it clicks into place.
Step 8: Installing Fans (Side/Rear)
Mounting 120mm or 140mm fans:
- Option 2A: Install up to three 120mm fans on the front of the case for intake. Secure with screws.
- Option 2B: Install up to two 140mm fans on the front of the case for intake. Secure with screws.
- Fans can also be mounted on the rear exhaust.
Step 9: Installing Fans/Radiators (Top/Radiator Mounts)
The case supports various fan and radiator sizes (120mm, 140mm, 240mm, 280mm, 360mm) for cooling solutions:
- Option 1A/2A: Mount fans or a radiator assembly to the top bracket. Secure with screws. This configuration allows for larger radiator sizes.
- Option 1B: Mount fans or a radiator assembly to the side bracket. Secure with screws.
- Option 1C: Mount a 120mm radiator to the side bracket. Secure with screws.
Step 10: Connecting the ARGB Hub
The included ARGB Hub manages lighting and fan connections:
- Connect PWM fans and ARGB LED strips to the respective ports on the hub.
- Connect the hub to the motherboard's 3-pin ARGB header.
- Connect the hub to the PSU using a SATA power cable.
- Connect the RESET SW cable from the case to the hub's RESET connector for lighting control.
Step 11: Installing Dust Filters
Attach the removable dust filters to the front intake, top exhaust, and bottom PSU intake areas of the case to help maintain internal cleanliness.
Warranty Information
Cooler Master provides a limited hardware warranty for its products. This MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 case typically comes with a two-year limited warranty commencing from the date of purchase.

- The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
- Keep your purchase receipt as proof of warranty.
- The product is designed for computer usage only; other uses may void the warranty.
