EPLO iX7-PRO Smart Toilet Installation Guide
Installation
Tools required for installation. Please have these tools prepared prior to installation.

Please confirm all the aforementioned items are inside the package. If there are any omissions, please contact EPLO customer service.
The flange and wax ring provided are for backup only. EPLO recommends purchasing thicker wax rings if your flange is lower than the ground to achieve strict sealing.
Before you Install
Checking your water supply
Please check and make sure that water is coming out of the toilet water supply valve properly!
Confirm dimensions of product with installation space

- Please ensure that the distance between the center point of the sewage outlet and the wall is not less than 12 inches!
- The power consumption of the toilet is not high, its maximum working current does not exceed 10A. A specific power line is not required; a regular socket in your home is sufficient.

Installing your product
Install your unit using the following steps:
Open the box right side up
Remove the accessories first, then remove the unit from the top, as shown in the diagrams below.

Mark your drainage hole with a cross
Cardboard installation:
- Align cardboard with the centerline of drain outlet.
- Draw contour line according to cardboard.

Mounting bracket installation
Assemble the mounting bracket with bolts and then install them to the pre-installed flange plate on the ground and lock tight with nuts.

Install the ceramic body, water supply hose, T-valve
- Place the wax ring on the drain hole at the bottom of the ceramic.
- Install sealing flange into drain outlet.
- Install ceramic toilet on corresponding position according to contour line.
- Put the screw through the fixing sleeve and then install it through the holes (on both sides of the toilet ceramic) to the mounting bracket on the ground, and lock tight with a tool.
- Put the decorative cap on the fixing sleeve.
- Attach the flush water hose to the T-valve and tighten.
- Attach the clean water hose to the T-valve and tighten.
- Connect the T-valve to the water supply and tighten. Use gasket to prevent water leakage.
- Finish installation.

Tips: The toilet is heavy; open the seat cover to carry it by two people.
Installing the remote
- Drill two 6mm (0.24 inch) diameter holes on the wall (about 1.77 in deep).
- Knock the anchors into the hole with a hammer.
- Secure the holder with anchors.
- Use the screws to secure the holder to the wall.
- Remove the battery cover from the backside of the remote to install batteries.
- Once finished, the remote is ready to be placed in its holder.

Note: Use proper mounting tools for special wall surfaces (such as wood, HDF, etc.). The remote control holder should be installed away from the bidet's spray trajectory and within reach when seated on the unit. Ensure nothing blocks the transmission between the toilet and its remote.
Installing and replacing the battery box
Installing the external battery box
- Remove the connecting cables from the position indicated.
- Connect the waterproof DC power plug and tighten the waterproof cap.
- Place the battery box in a suitable position as shown.
- For any questions, call the customer service center or your local dealer.
Note: The battery should be placed out of the reach of children. Some batteries and connecting wires may have slots; do not forcibly insert to avoid product damage.
Replacing the external battery box
- Unscrew the waterproof cap at the connection of the waterproof DC power plug.
- Pull out the waterproof DC power plug.
- Replace the battery box assembly with a new one.
- For any questions, call the customer service center or your local dealer.
Note: The waterproof grade of the battery box for power failure and flushing is IPX6. A single battery box can support approximately 200 flushes during power failure.

Testing water flow
- Open the water supply angle valve to maximum.
- Confirm various connecting parts are not water leaking. In case of water leaking, unfasten the nuts again and install them again.

Connecting power
- Connect to the grounding.
- Plug in AC 120V power plug.
- Check to see if the power light is on.
- Press the side button to confirm that the toilet is powered on.
- Check to see if the power is on.

Testing the product
Test whether the functions of the buttons on the remote control and the button on the side of the body are normal.
Are all the functions working properly?
- Rear Wash, Front Wash (Including water pressure & nozzle position adjustment)
- Heated Dryer
- Water & Seat temperature Adjustment
- Nozzle cleaning
- Remote control
All functions listed above should be tested.
Checking Rear Wash
Please use your hand to hold the seat sensor area, press the side "▶" button or press the "Rear" button on the remote control, and use your hand to cover the front of the washer to block the flow of wash water to avoid spraying water on your body or clothing.
Matching your remote control code
Note: When the product leaves the factory, the remote control and the product are connected. If the remote control fails, please re-connect the code as following methods:
- Unplug the product's plug, press the stop key for a few seconds until the level light is flickered.
- Plug the attaching plug when the remote control is closer to the product.
- The level light stops flickering and then is lighted on.
- At this time, the remote control and product are re-connected.
