Installation Guide
Dash Disassembly
Step 1: Begin the installation by using a panel removal tool to disengage the clips holding the main fascia panel in place. This panel includes the side vents. Once removed, disconnect all wiring from the original single DIN radio or touch screen monitor. This kit is compatible with both OEM single DIN and touch screen system layouts.

Step 2: With the main fascia panel removed, undo the four screws securing the metal bracket and remove the bracket. For models with a touch screen, the main head unit is housed here; simply disconnect its wiring and proceed as above.

Step 3: Undo all four screws located on the rear of the main fascia panel. These screws disengage the air vents and trim from the main single DIN unit or touch screen.

Step 4: Position the new fascia panel in front of the main air vent/trim panel and screw it into place using the screws provided in this kit.

Bracket Assembly
Step 5: Take the brackets provided in the kit and align them with the relevant side of the new aftermarket radio. Once correctly positioned, screw them into place using a set of radio screws (these are not supplied with this kit).

Dash Assembly
Step 6: With the brackets attached and connections made to the rear of the radio, place the unit into the dashboard. Secure it using the four pre-existing screws that were removed in Step 2.

Step 7: Place the new fascia panel over the front of the installed radio to complete the installation. If the radio sits too far forward or backward, repeat the process from Step 5 and adjust the depth accordingly.

Wiring
See wiring diagram on Page 3 for more information.
Before installing the interface, the factory stereo must be removed and disconnected. Consult the vehicle owner's manual/handbook or a fitting professional for this procedure.
The universal stereo connection (patch) lead needs to be configured for the head unit prior to installing the interface. Ensure wiring loops are prepared according to the product's instruction manual.
- Connect the 12 Pin connector from the stereo connection (patch) lead to the interface box.
- Connect the opposite end of the stereo connection (patch) lead to the steering wheel control input on the back of the aftermarket stereo. This may be a 3.5mm jack connector or a wired input, depending on the aftermarket stereo brand. Consult the aftermarket stereo's installation manual for connection details.
IMPORTANT: THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE CONNECTING POWER TO THE INTERFACE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A LACK OF FUNCTIONALITY AND THE NEED TO REINSTALL THE PRODUCT.
- Connect the 14 Pin connector from the supplied wiring loom to the interface box.
- Connect the power/speaker ISO connector to the power/speaker ISO connector at the rear of the aftermarket stereo. For aftermarket stereos without an ISO connector, refer to the "Wiring Key" on Page 2 for information on which wires to connect.
- Attach the antenna adapter between the vehicle's pre-existing antenna connector and the rear of the aftermarket head unit. If the vehicle features an amplified aerial, the blue wire will be needed for phantom power.
- Connect the 16 Pin vehicle specific connector to the vehicle's main power connector.
- Test stereo and steering wheel control functionality for correct operation before reassembling the vehicle dashboard. If steering wheel control functions are unresponsive, uninstall the interface and wiring, then reinstall carefully following the above steps.
