GZPFK-V1 TV Stand Assembly Instructions

Notice

1. Follow the installation instructions. Please confirm all accessories are preset before installation.

2. Do not fully tighten the screws during initial assembly. Fully tighten screws only once all pieces are correctly assembled.

3. If you encounter any problems during installation, please contact YITAHOME customer service.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach L-brackets to side supports.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 4 (Side Support / Leg) x 2
  • Hardware: A (M5x42 Screw) x 8
  • Hardware: J (L-Bracket) x 4

Description: Attach two L-brackets (J) to each side support (4) using two M5x42 screws (A) per bracket.

Step 2

Prepare bottom panel and vertical dividers, attach feet and L-brackets.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 2 (Bottom Panel) x 1
  • Component: 6 (Vertical Divider) x 2
  • Hardware: B (Ø15x12 Cam Lock Bolt) x 34
  • Hardware: H (Foot Pad) x 4
  • Hardware: J (L-Bracket) x 4
  • Hardware: Q (M6x25 Screw) x 6

Description: Insert cam lock bolts (B) into the pre-drilled holes on the bottom panel (2) and the two vertical dividers (6). Screw in the four foot pads (H) into the underside of the bottom panel (2). Attach two L-brackets (J) to the underside of the bottom panel (2) using two M6x25 screws (Q) per bracket.

Step 3

Insert cam lock bolts into long side panels.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 5 (Long Side Panel) x 2
  • Hardware: B (Ø15x12 Cam Lock Bolt) x 12

Description: Insert cam lock bolts (B) into the pre-drilled holes on the two long side panels (5).

Step 4

Connect long side panels to bottom panel and prepare short side panels.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 5 (Long Side Panel) x 2
  • Component: 7 (Short Side Panel) x 2
  • Hardware: B (Ø15x12 Cam Lock Bolt) x 8
  • Hardware: G (Cam Lock Nut) x 4
  • Hardware: A (M5x42 Screw) x 2
  • Hardware: K (Small Bracket) x 1

Description: Attach the long side panels (5) to the bottom panel (2) by inserting the cam lock bolts (B) into the corresponding holes and securing them with cam lock nuts (G). Insert cam lock bolts (B) into the short side panels (7). Attach the small bracket (K) to one of the short side panels (7) using two M5x42 screws (A).

Step 5

Method 1 for Installing LED Light Strip.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 14 (LED Light Strip Cover / Channel) x 1
  • Component: 16 (LED Light Strip) x 1
  • Hardware: D (M3.5x14 Screw) x 8
  • Hardware: M (Small Screw) x 8

Description: Tear off the protective tape from the LED Light Strip (16) and apply it to the designated channel (14). Press firmly with your hand. Secure the LED light strip cover (14) using eight M3.5x14 screws (D) and eight small screws (M).

Step 6

Method 2 for Installing LED Light Strip.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 16 (LED Light Strip) x 1

Description: Tear off the protective tape from the LED Light Strip (16) and apply it to the designated channel. Press firmly with your hand.

Step 7

Insert cam lock bolts into the top panel.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 1 (Top Panel) x 1
  • Hardware: A (M5x42 Screw) x 8

Description: Insert eight M5x42 screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the top panel (1).

Step 8

Connect the assembled base structure to the top panel.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 1 (Top Panel) x 1
  • Hardware: B (Ø15x12 Cam Lock Bolt) x 8

Description: Attach the top panel (1) to the assembled base structure by inserting the cam lock bolts (A) from Step 7 into the corresponding holes and securing them with eight cam lock nuts (B).

Step 9

Install LED Light Strip and Infrared Receiver Box.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 15 (Infrared Receiver Box) x 1
  • Component: 16 (LED Light Strip) x 1
  • Hardware: D (M3.5x14 Screw) x 6
  • Hardware: M (Small Screw) x 2
  • Hardware: N (LED Strip Connector / Clip) x 2 SETS

Description: Install the LED Light Strip (16) and the Infrared Receiver Box (15). Secure the LED strip using six M3.5x14 screws (D) and two small screws (M). Use LED strip connectors (N) as needed.

Step 10

Attach vertical dividers and short side panels to the bottom panel.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 6 (Vertical Divider) x 2
  • Component: 7 (Short Side Panel) x 2
  • Hardware: C (M7x50 Screw) x 8

Description: Attach the two vertical dividers (6) and the two short side panels (7) to the bottom panel (2) using eight M7x50 screws (C).

Step 11

Insert cam lock bolts into the top panel.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 1 (Top Panel) x 1
  • Hardware: A (M5x42 Screw) x 8

Description: Insert eight M5x42 screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the top panel (1).

Step 12

Assemble the cabinet sections.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 9 (Cabinet Side Panel) x 2
  • Component: 10 (Cabinet Front Panel) x 2
  • Component: 11 (Cabinet Bottom Panel) x 2
  • Component: 14 (LED Light Strip Cover / Channel) x 1
  • Hardware: B (Ø15x12 Cam Lock Bolt) x 8
  • Hardware: E (Ø8x40 Screw) x 8

Description: Assemble the cabinet sections by inserting cam lock bolts (B) into panels (9, 10, 11, 14). Secure these panels using cam lock nuts (not explicitly shown but implied by system) and eight Ø8x40 screws (E).

Step 13

Attach cabinet shelves and back panels.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 12 (Cabinet Back Panel) x 2
  • Component: 13 (Cabinet Shelf) x 2
  • Hardware: G (Cam Lock Nut) x 4
  • Hardware: N (LED Strip Connector / Clip) x 2 SETS

Description: Attach the cabinet shelves (13) and cabinet back panels (12) using four cam lock nuts (G) and two sets of connectors (N).

Step 14

Attach the assembled cabinet sections to the main unit.

Parts Used:

  • Hardware: C (M7x50 Screw) x 8

Description: Attach the assembled cabinet sections to the main TV stand structure using eight M7x50 screws (C).

Step 15

Attach the cabinet front panels.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 10 (Cabinet Front Panel) x 2
  • Hardware: F (M3.5x30 Screw) x 18
  • Hardware: J (L-Bracket) x 4
  • Hardware: K (Small Bracket) x 1

Description: Attach the cabinet front panels (10) using eighteen M3.5x30 screws (F), four L-brackets (J), and the small bracket (K).

Step 16

Attach the back panel.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 3 (Back Panel) x 1
  • Hardware: D (M3.5x14 Screw) x 8
  • Hardware: I (Wooden Dowel) x 8

Description: Attach the back panel (3) to the main structure using eight M3.5x14 screws (D) and eight wooden dowels (I).

Step 17

Insert screws into the top panel.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 1 (Top Panel) x 1
  • Hardware: D (M3.5x14 Screw) x 2

Description: Insert two M3.5x14 screws (D) into the pre-drilled holes on the top panel (1).

Step 18

Attach feet to the bottom of the unit.

Parts Used:

  • Hardware: H (Foot Pad) x 4

Description: Attach the four foot pads (H) to the underside of the TV stand.

Step 19

Insert the infrared receiver box.

Parts Used:

  • Component: 15 (Infrared Receiver Box) x 1

Description: Slide the Infrared Receiver Box (15) into its designated slot.

Step 20

Connect cables for the LED light strip.

Parts Used:

  • Component: P (LED Light Strip Kit)

Description: Connect the cables for the LED light strip (P). Ensure arrow marks are on the same side before connecting. The infrared receiver must be placed in front to receive the signal.

Step 21

Installation Completed.

Description: The assembly of the YITAHOME GZPFK-V1 TV Stand is complete.

Cam Lock Fastening System

This Cam Lock Fastening System will be used throughout the assembly process. It involves inserting a cam lock bolt into one piece of material and a cam lock nut into another. When the cam lock nut is turned, it grips the bolt, securing the two pieces together.

LED Lighting System

The TV stand includes an LED lighting system (P) with a remote control. Ensure the plastic piece is removed from the remote before use. Refer to the remote control manual for detailed operation instructions.
