- Use this product only as specified in this manual.
- Do not exceed weight capacity. Perlesmith is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly, or inappropriate use.
- This product is designed for wood stud, solid concrete, or concrete block walls. DO NOT install into drywall alone.
- The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
Weight Restrictions
Maximum Weight Capacity: 132 lbs. (60 kg)
WARNING: Do not exceed the maximum weight indicated. Using products heavier than the maximum weights may result in failure of the mount and accessories, causing possible damage or injury.
If your TV weighs more, this mount is NOT compatible.
Check the VESA Pattern of Your TV before the Installation
The VESA pattern refers to the spacing of the mounting holes on the back of your TV.
Supported VESA Patterns:
- 100 mm x 100 mm (approx. 4 in. x 4 in.)
- 200 mm x 100 mm (approx. 7 7/8 in. x 4 in.)
- 300 mm x 100 mm (approx. 11 3/4 in. x 4 in.)
- 400 mm x 100 mm (approx. 15 3/4 in. x 4 in.)
- 600 mm x 100 mm (approx. 23 6/10 in. x 4 in.)
Minimum VESA pattern: 200mm (W) x 100mm (H)
If your TV VESA is greater than 600x400 mm (24x16 in.) or less than 200x100 mm (8x4 in.), this mount is NOT compatible.
If this mount is not compatible, please contact customer service at supportus@perlesmith.com (US) / supportca@perlesmith.com (CA) to find a compatible mount.
Verify Your Wall Construction
CAUTION: DO NOT install into drywall alone.

Supplied Parts and Hardware for Step 1
- TV Brackets [03] x2 (Attached to arm assembly/wall plate with plastic cable ties)
- Washer [05] x4 (M6/M8)
- Spacers [06] x8 (L2.5mm [C1]), x4 (L10mm [C2]), x4 (L22mm [C3])
Supplied Parts and Hardware for Step 2
- TV Bolts [07]: M6 bolts (x4) in sizes 15mm [D1] and 35mm [D2]; M8 bolts (x4) in sizes 15mm [E1], 25mm [E2], 35mm [E3], and 50mm [E4]. (Only one bolt size fits your TV)
- Wall Plate [01] x1
- Wall Plate Template [04] x1
- Level x1
- Lag Screw [A1] x6 (M8x65mm)
Supplied Parts and Hardware for Step 3 to Step 6
- Arm Assembly [02] x1
- Front Support [08] x1
- Bolt [F1] x2
- Bolt [F2] x1
- Allen Key x1
- Washer M8 [A2] x6
- Wall Anchor [A3] x6 (For concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use in drywall or wood studs.)
Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets to TV
Select the correct TV bolts for your TV. Ensure adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns.
Bolt length guide:
- Too short: Will not hold the TV. [❌]
- Too long: Will damage the TV. [❌]
- Correct: Proper fit. [✔️]
Option A (For Flat Back TV): Use bolts [07 D1/E1] and spacers [05 B].
Option B (For Round Back TV): Use bolts [07 D2/E2/E3/E4] and spacers [05 B].
Option C (For TV with a "Bump"): Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY. Use bolts [07 D2/E2/E3/E4] and spacers [05 B]. Alternatively, use bolts [07 D1/E1] and spacers [05 B].
Option D: For cable interference or inset holes, use spacers [06] to create extra space between the TV and TV brackets. Use bolts [07 D2/E2/E3/E4] and spacers [05 B].
CAUTION: Ensure the TV brackets [03] are EQUALLY CENTERED on your TV and securely fastened in place.
Step 2 Attach the Wall Plate [01] to Wall
For wood stud installation, follow STEP 2A.
For concrete installation, follow STEP 2B.
Step 2A Wood Stud Option
WARNING:
- Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
- DO NOT USE ANCHOR [A3] FOR THIS STEP!
- Ensure the wall plate [01] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing.
- Wall covering must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm).
- Nominal wood stud size: common 2 x 4 in. (51 x 102 mm), minimum 1½ x 3½ in. (38 x 89 mm).
- Stud center must be verified.
- Use a stud finder (not included) or an awl (not included) to locate wood studs and mark the edges and center locations.
- Position the wall plate template [04] at your desired height, aligning holes with the stud center line. Level the template and mark the hole locations.
- Drill 4 pilot holes using a 7/32 in. (5.5 mm) drill bit. Ensure the depth is not less than 2 9/16 in. (65 mm).
- Install the wall plate [01] using lag screws [A1] and washers [A2]. Tighten screws until washers are firmly against the wall plate. Assistance may be needed. [?]
Step 2B Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option
WARNING:
- Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until the washers [A2] are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
- Ensure the wall plate [01] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing.
- Wall covering must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm).
- Mount the wall plate directly onto the concrete surface.
- Minimum solid concrete thickness: 203 mm (8 in.).
- Minimum concrete block size: 203 x 203 x 406 mm (8 x 8 x 16 in.).
- Never drill into the mortar between blocks.
- Position the wall plate template [04] at your desired height, level it, and mark the pilot hole locations.
- Drill 6 pilot holes using a 3/8 in. (10mm) drill bit. Ensure the depth is not less than 2 3/4 in. (70 mm). Never drill into the mortar between blocks.
- Use a hammer to knock anchors [A3] into the wall, ensuring they are seated flush with the concrete surface.
- Install the wall plate using lag screws [A1], washers [A2], and anchors [A3]. Tighten screws until washers are firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten. Assistance may be needed. [?]
Step 3 Secure the Arm Assembly [02] to Wall Plate [01]
- Hang the arm assembly [02] onto the wall plate [01].
- Shift the arm assembly [02] along the wall plate [01] to your desired position.
- Secure the arm assembly [02] to the wall plate [01] using bolts [F1]. Note: Bolts [F1] need to be tightened hard. [?]
Step 4 Secure Front Support to Arm Assembly
- Ensure the large button on the Front Support [08] hangs on the hook of the arm assembly.
- Secure the front support [08] to the arm assembly [02] using bolts [F2].
Step 5 Hang the TV onto the Front Support
- Remove the preassembled bolt [S] and save it for use in step 5-2.
- Hang the TV with brackets [03] onto the front support [08].
- Press the safety locks down, then fasten the removed bolts [S]. Assistance may be needed. [?]
Step 6 Adjustments
Tilt Adjustment
- Loosen the preassembled knob [T].
- Adjust the TV to your desired tilt angle.
- Tighten the preassembled knob [T] to secure the TV in place.
Level Adjustment
CAUTION! DO NOT over-loosen these four nuts when adjusting the level angle to prevent the TV from falling off.
- Loosen the bolt [F2].
- Level your TV.
- Tighten the bolt [F2] to secure the TV in place.
Horizontal Shift
Note: Please take off the TV before shifting the arm assembly along the wall plate.
To better position your mount and TV on your wall, the mount can be horizontally shifted left to right by following these steps:
- Loosen the bolts [F1].
- Shift the arm assembly [02] to your desired position.
- Tighten the bolts [F1] hard.
- Repeat the procedures in Step 5 to rehang and secure the TV onto the front support [08].
