Product Overview

Components

Deck: The main platform for the rider's feet.

Battery Compartment: Houses the skateboard's battery.

Power Switch: Used to turn the skateboard on and off.

Motor: Provides the power for propulsion.

Remote Control

Reverse Button: Allows switching between forward and reverse modes.

Micro USB Charging Port: For charging the remote control.

Accelerator/Brake Wheel: Controls speed and braking.

Power Button: Turns the remote on/off.

Signal Indicator: Shows pairing status between remote and skateboard.

Indicators: Display speed levels and battery levels for both the remote and the skateboard.

Lanyard: For securing the remote control.

Remote Functions and Indicators

Power Button: Click to turn on. Long press to turn off.

Reverse Button: When the skateboard is at rest, press and hold the Reverse button to switch between forward and reverse.

Signal Indicator: When the skateboard and remote are not paired, the indicator is a solid green light. After successful pairing, the indicator light flashes green.

Skateboard Battery/Speed Indicators: Within 3 seconds of turning on the remote, 4 lights next to the skateboard icon indicate remote battery levels. After successful pairing, these indicators show skateboard battery levels. Pressing the power button once switches speed levels, with four lights indicating four speed levels.

Remote Battery Level Indicator: The indicator light flashes red when the remote battery level is below 20% or when charging with a low battery.

Important Notices

  • Before operating, ensure both the skateboard and remote control are fully charged.
  • The skateboard can be powered on automatically by pushing it when it is in the power-off state.
  • Low speed mode is recommended for beginners.
  • If the remote is not connected to the skateboard, it will automatically shut down in approximately 30 seconds. If connected, the remote will not shut down automatically; the skateboard must be shut down, and the remote will power off after about 30 seconds.

Battery and Charging

Battery Care

  • Always check the battery level before use. Do not ride when the battery level is low.
  • Charge the battery when the indicator signals a low level.
  • Do not use the device if the battery emits any odor, excessive heat, or leakage.
  • Do not use the device while the battery is charging.
  • Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.
  • Charge the device only with the included or authorized power adapter.
  • Do not continue riding when the battery level reaches its minimum, as this can affect battery life.

Charging Process

  1. Plug the AC end of the charger into a mains socket (110V-240V AC, 50/60 Hz). The charger indicator lights up green.
  2. Plug the other end of the charger into the device. The charger indicator will turn red.
  3. Charging is complete when the indicator turns from red to green. Disconnect the charger from the device and electrical outlets.
  4. Do not overcharge the device, as it may affect battery life.
  5. Do not connect the charger if the charging port is wet.
  6. Keep the charging port closed when not charging.

Riding Notice

  • Wear helmets and knee pads for safety against falls and injuries when learning to ride the electric skateboard.
  • Do not ride in heavy rain.
  • Maximum load: 120 KG. Do not overload the skateboard, as it may lead to damage and injuries.
  • Keep both feet on the deck at all times.
  • Do not climb up or down steep hills.
  • Relax your legs while riding, slightly bend your knees. This helps maintain balance on uneven ground.
  • It is prohibited for two persons to ride the skateboard simultaneously.
  • Do not attempt to ride up or down stairs, or jump over obstacles.
  • Do not ride on roads or in residential areas not permitted by local laws and regulations.

  • For your safety, follow the instructions in this manual and applicable traffic laws and regulations.
  • Read the manual before riding. isinwheel is not liable for any economic loss, personal injury, accidents, legal disputes, or other conflicts of interest resulting from violations of user instructions.
  • Check the skateboard before each use. Stop riding if you notice loose parts, low battery alerts, excessive wear, strange sounds, malfunctions, or other abnormal conditions.
  • Protect the device from moisture, humidity, water, and other liquids. Avoid using or storing it in extreme temperatures.
  • This device is not suitable for individuals whose health could be endangered by a fall, such as children, the elderly, or pregnant women.

Daily Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Do not clean the skateboard while charging.
  • Periodically clean the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical cleaning agents.

Storage

  • Do not store the skateboard with a very low or discharged battery. Charge the battery before storage to prevent over-discharge due to long-term non-use.
  • If the skateboard is idle, charge its battery every three months to maintain battery life.
  • Do not wrap or store the skateboard immediately after charging, as the battery may become hot, posing a fire hazard.
