Important Safety Measures
When working with the Nutribullet® XXL Digital Air Fryer, please note: safety comes first.
Warning! To avoid the risk of serious injury, read all instructions carefully before using the Nutribullet®. When using any electrical appliance, basic safety measures must always be followed, including the following important information.

General Usage Instructions:
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been supervised or instructed regarding the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
Unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning.
Regularly inspect the appliance for defects. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any way. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
Do not leave the appliance and its cord within reach of children.
The use of aftermarket accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause accidents or malfunctions.
For use on countertops only. Ensure the surface is flat, clean, and dry. Do not place the unit near the edge of the countertop during use. Never use an under-counter outlet, which may allow children to access the cord.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or countertop, or near hot surfaces.
Do not place near a gas or electric stove burner or a hot oven.
Extreme caution must be exercised when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids. Always allow the unit to cool before handling or moving.
Ensure the unit is clean before use. Spilled food can cause serious burns. Do not leave the appliance and cord within reach of children. Do not use with an extension cord.
To protect against fire, electric shock, and personal injury, do not immerse the appliance or cord in water or other liquids.
Unplug the appliance when not in use and turn it off when inserting or removing the cooking drawer from the base.
Avoid contact with hot surfaces. Use the handle of the cooking drawer. During hot air cooking, hot steam is vented through the rear air vents. Keep hands and face away from steam and air vents. Be cautious when removing the cooking drawer from the appliance as hot steam may escape.
Do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use. Improper use may cause injury.
Always use insulated mitts or the handle or knob, if available.
To protect yourself against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, heating element, or base unit in water or other liquids.
ALWAYS ENSURE THE COOKING DRAWERS ARE PROPERLY SECURED IN PLACE BEFORE COOKING. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE COOKING DRAWERS DURING APPLIANCE OPERATION.
Always turn off the appliance and unplug it when not in use and before cleaning and storage.
Never overfill with ingredients. Leave a minimum of 50 mm clearance between food and the top of the cooking drawer. Keep all ingredients in the drawer and prevent any direct contact with the heating element. Overfilling the appliance can lead to personal injury, property damage, or affect the safe use of the appliance.
Additional Guarantees:
Remove and discard any packaging material or promotional labels before using the appliance for the first time.
To eliminate any potential choking hazard for small children, remove and discard any protective materials or plastic bags with which the appliance or its parts are delivered.
Do not place non-food items in the cooking drawer for cooking or heating. Do not use the appliance for deep frying in oil.
Always ensure the appliance is correctly and completely assembled before starting and using it.
Ensure the areas below and around the appliance are clean and dry. Do not operate the appliance when wet.
Any significant amount of liquid spilled on the surface below or around the appliance, or on the appliance itself, should be wiped up and dried before continuing to use the appliance.
A slight vibration may occur during appliance operation; this is normal.
When using this appliance, ensure sufficient clearance (at least 200 mm) above, below, and to the sides for air circulation.
Do not cover the air vent located at the rear of the appliance while it is in operation.
Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
Keep hands, fingers, hair, clothing, and utensils away from the appliance during operation.
Keep the appliance clean. Consult the Care & Maintenance section for tips and best practices.

What's Included
Your Nutribullet® XXL Digital Air Fryer package contains:
Base: The main unit housing the heating element and controls.
Cooking Drawer: The removable drawer where food is placed for cooking.
Crisper Tray: A mesh tray that fits inside the cooking drawer, allowing for air circulation.

Assembly Guide
Please refer to all warning and precaution statements in the Important Safety Measures section (pages 2-5) and the preceding pages before proceeding to Step 1.
Insert Crisper Tray: Insert the Crisper Tray into the bottom of the Cooking Drawer. Ensure the Crisper Tray is seated securely and is parallel to the bottom of the Cooking Drawer.

Instructions for Use
Before First Use
Before using your Nutribullet® XXL Digital Air Fryer for the first time, please follow these steps:
Unpacking: Open the box and remove the air fryer base, cooking drawer, and crisper tray, placing all components on a flat, horizontal, and dry surface.
Cleaning: Wash the Cooking Drawer and Crisper Tray with hot soapy water. Wipe the Air Fryer Base with a clean, damp cloth.
Prepare Cooking Area, Ensure Adequate Ventilation: Ensure the Air Fryer is used on a clean, dry, level surface. Do not use the unit outdoors. The Air Fryer must be at least 20 cm away from walls when in operation to ensure proper ventilation behind it.
NOTE: To eliminate any new appliance odors that may be present, you can run the Air Fryer at maximum temperature for approximately 5 minutes without adding food.
NOTE: It is recommended to place the appliance on a heat-resistant mat to prevent the risk of countertop damage from heat.
Assembly
Refer to all warning and precaution statements in the Important Safety Measures section (pages 2-5) and the preceding pages before proceeding to Step 1.
Insert Crisper Tray: Insert the Crisper Tray into the bottom of the Cooking Drawer. Ensure the Crisper Tray is seated securely and is parallel to the bottom of the Cooking Drawer.

Using the Air Fryer
Add Food: Place food into the Cooking Drawer, being careful not to overfill. For optimal cooking results, leave a minimum of 50 mm clearance between food and the top of the Cooking Drawer.
Insert Drawer: Holding the Cooking Drawer by its handle, insert it into the Base. Ensure the Air Fryer is correctly assembled with the Cooking Drawer fully inserted into the Base.
NOTE: The Air Fryer will not function unless the Cooking Drawer is installed correctly.

TO USE A COOKING PROGRAM: Press the Menu button until the desired cooking program blinks. The default time and temperature for the blinking program will load onto the Control Panel. Press the Start/Stop button to begin cooking.
FOR MANUAL SETTINGS: To use manual settings or to adjust the cooking temperature or time of a program after selection, press the Menu button and the display will blink. Press the Time/Temperature button and use the +/- buttons to fine-tune the temperature. Once you have reached the desired temperature, press the Time/Temperature button again for setting. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the cooking time. Once you have reached the desired time, press the Start/Stop button to set the time and begin cooking.
TURNING FOOD DURING COOKING: Some recipes require removing the Cooking Drawer during cooking to turn the food. In this case, press the Start/Stop button to pause the Air Fryer. When cooking is paused, remove the Cooking Drawer from the Base using the handle. Turn the food using utensils and place the Cooking Drawer back securely into the Base. Press the Start/Stop button to resume cooking. You may notice that additional time has been added to the timer so the Air Fryer can adjust its temperature.
WARNING: CONTENTS MAY BE VERY HOT. Be cautious when removing the Cooking Drawer from the appliance as hot steam may escape. Keep hands and face away from steam and air vents.
Cooking Complete: After the Air Fryer reaches the end of the cooking time, you will hear 5 beeps to announce that cooking has finished. Wait a few seconds for the cooking process to conclude.
CAUTION: Removing the Cooking Drawer too quickly may cause liquid splashing and present hazards.
CAUTION: Be careful when opening the Cooking Drawer from the appliance as hot steam may escape.
Remove Food: Remove food from the Cooking Drawer using utensils – NEVER use your hands. Enjoy!

Control Panel
The control panel allows you to select cooking programs, adjust temperature and time, and start/stop the cooking process.
Key Components:
Power Button [⚡]: Turns the appliance on/off.
Menu Button [☰]: Cycles through pre-set cooking programs.
Increase Temperature/Time [+]: Increases temperature or time settings.
Decrease Temperature/Time [-]: Decreases temperature or time settings.
Food Lamp Indicator: Illuminates when the internal light is on.
Temperature Display: Shows the set or current cooking temperature (e.g., 180°C).
Timer Display: Shows the remaining or set cooking time (e.g., 0:15).
Heating Indicator [?]: Indicates the heating element is active.
Standby Indicator: Shows when the appliance is in standby mode.
Start/Stop Button [▶︎||]: Starts or pauses the cooking process.

Using Temperature/Time Buttons: The Temperature/Time and +/- buttons can be used for manual adjustment of temperature or cooking time. Press the Temperature/Time button until the desired display (temperature or time) blinks. Use the +/- buttons to increase or decrease the setting. If you wish to adjust the temperature or cooking time during the cooking process, first press the Start/Stop button to pause cooking. Then press the Temperature/Time button to adjust each setting. Press the Start/Stop button to resume cooking after setting.
Standby Mode: If the Air Fryer is inactive for 10 minutes, it will enter Standby mode. To wake the Air Fryer from Standby, press the Power button, and the full control panel display will appear.
Turning Off: To turn off cooking at any time, press and hold the Power button. The appliance's power will shut off, the temperature and time displays will blink intermittently, and you will hear a series of beeps. After 30 seconds, the Power button will reappear. Press the Power button to return to the main screen.
Care & Maintenance
Cleaning your Nutribullet® XXL Digital Air Fryer is quick and easy. It is recommended to clean all detachable parts after each use to reduce residue buildup.
Step 1:
Turn the Air Fryer OFF, unplug it, and let it cool down completely.
Step 2:
Remove the Cooking Drawer and Crisper Tray. The Cooking Drawer and Crisper Tray can be washed on the TOP RACK of your dishwasher or washed by hand with hot soapy water.
WARNING: NEVER use the sanitize cycle; the high temperature may deform the plastic.
CAUTION: DO NOT use an abrasive or metallic utensil to clean the Cooking Drawer or Crisper Tray. This could damage the non-stick coating on these components.
Step 3:
Clean the interior wall of the Air Fryer Base by gently wiping away any residue with a cotton cloth, then dry with a dry cloth. The interior and exterior of the Base should only be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.
CAUTION: NEVER immerse the base in water or other liquids.
Step 4:
Once all components have been cleaned and dried thoroughly, reassemble the Air Fryer completely and store it in a safe, dry place.
