Flip Down Weight Holding Pad

1. Velcro draw bridge to bottom.
2. Insert fleece pad, Velcro front and fold back down.
3. Pull side straps taught.

Convert into a Duffel Bag

1. Clip shoulder strap to top.
2. Clip shoulder strap to bottom.
3. Tighten shoulder straps.
4. Clip waist belt over shoulder straps.
5. Roll waist strap tails, Velcro to secure.
6. Move fleece pad.
7. Enjoy.

Water Bladder (Not Included)

1. Insert hydration bladder into back pocket.
2. Push hydration straw through back slit.
3. Hang bladder from loop.
4. Route hydration hose under left or right shoulder strap loop.

Open and Close Windows

1. Un-zip and roll mesh.
2. Attach hook (front), clip elastic buckle (top).
3. Stow inside hook on loop.
4. Un-roll and zip top.
5. Enjoy.

Sternum Strap

1. Attach sternum strap.
2. Tuck sternum strap tail under elastic.
3. Store sternum strap when not in use.
