DocumentDocumentFITTING INSTRUCTIONS VEHICLE Mazda BT50 & Ford Ranger Gen 2 11/11 - onwards PRODUCT Transmission Spacer Kit PART NUMBER TSS001 FITTED TO PX RANGER 2012 - ONWARDS A maximum of a 24mm spacer is available in 4mm increments. 1. This product can be fitted with the vehicle on the ground. If raising vehicle, ensure the vehicle is correctly supported. Support the driveshaft in the case it may fall and cause injury. Follow the instructions below for both sides of the bearing. 2. Ensuring the mount is supported, remove both retaining nuts from the centre bearing carrier. 3. Place the desired amount of spacers over the stud, with the balance of spacers not being used placed under the head of the new bolt supplied. 4. Install bolt with split washer placed under the bolt head, tighten with 19mm socket--Do not over tighten. 5. Test drive vehicle and assess vibration. If all spacers are fitted and vibration is still evident, you may require a Pinion angle adjustment using our WEDGE plates and SB022--long head leaf spring centre bolt.
