Battery charging The product has a built-in rechargeable battery that can be recharged via the USB-C cable and a DC 5V (2A) charger (not supplied). Before use, it is recommended to fully charge the battery. During the recharging phase, the status LED will be on (the device will fully recharge about 3 hours). When the device is fully charged the LED indicator will turn off.

If the battery is completely flat, leave the device off and recharge it for at least an hour before using it. Battery life (up to 4 hours with use at medium volume) may vary depending on the listening volume, the type of track being played, the associated external device and the status of battery wear. Recharge times may vary depending on the state of charge of the product and the characteristics of the charger used. When the battery is low, the product will periodically emit a warning tone.

Operative instruction

On/Off Long press the "Power On/Off" key to turn on/off the product. When the product remains inactive for 5 consecutive minutes, standby is started.

Source change Press the "MODE" button on the product several times to change the source choosing between Wireless Audio / USB / microSD / AUX.

Volume adjustment Long press the "VOL+" and "VOL-" keys on the product to adjust the volume.

Wireless Audio Function The product supports music playback via wireless connection to a smartphone or other compatible device. NOTE: Compatibility with all wireless devices on the market cannot be guaranteed.

Wireless Audio Connection · Turn on the speaker, select the Wireless Audio source using the MODE button. · Search for the name GLOW from your external device and choose it to carry out the pairing (enter "0000" if requested). · Once paired, you can start playback from the external device. · During music playback, you can briefly press the "Play / Pause" button to pause playback. To resume playback, press the "Play / Pause" button again.
Answer an incoming call When a smartphone is paired with the speaker, this will ring if an incoming call is received, briefly press the "On / Off" key to answer. To reject an incoming call, long press the "On / Off" key. To end the call, briefly press the "On / Off" key while a call is in progress.
TWS function (True Wireless Stereo) If you have two GLOW, you can activate the TWS function which allows you to pair two speakers together and obtain Stereo audio playback (the speakers will play the same audio at the same time). Note: in order to use the TWS function, the two speakers must have a maximum distance of about 5 meters from each other in open spaces.
TWS function activation (how to associate two GLOW units together) · Make sure the speakers are not paired with any external devices. · Turn on both speakers and select Wireless Audio mode. · Double click rapidly the MODE key on the speaker to start the TWS pairing, a sound will confirm the pairing. · Once paired, the speakers will automatically pair with each other if turned on at the same time. · To deactivate the TWS function and unpair the speakers, double click rapidly the MODE button on the speaker after pairing.
USB/MicroSD function Insert a USB stick/MicroSD card (containing songs in MP3 format) into the slot after turning on the speaker, playback will start automatically. Press "Play / Pause" button to pause/resume playback. Press the "Next Track" / "Previous Track" button to go to the next track / return to the previous track. Note:

· Compatibility with all USB storage devices on the market cannot be guaranteed.
· External devices that require a rated voltage greater than 5V and a rated current greater than 200mA are not supported.
· If you use a USB extension cable, the connected storage device may not be recognized or function properly.
· Use only USB storage devices formatted with FAT16/FAT32 file system.
AUX function To play audio via the AUX input connect one end of the appropriate cable to the 3.5mm AUX input of the speaker and the other to the external device. Select the correct source by pressing the "MODE" button several times then start playback directly from the connected external device. NOTE: in AUX mode it is not possible to pass to the next/previous track with the "Next Track" / "Previous Track" buttons but it is necessary to carry out the operation directly from the connected external device.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your purchase and we remind you that the product complies with current construction and safety regulations. Should anomalies or defects in the product be found, New Majestic SpA offers a conventional Guarantee subject to the conditions set out here (specifying that the conventional Guarantee does not affect the consumer's rights pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09 /2005). The Warranty exclusively refers to the free repair or replacement of the individual components or of the entire good recognized as defective in manufacturing. The Warranty period will not be renewed or extended following subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the product itself. The parts repaired, replaced or the total exchange of the product will be guaranteed for a period of 60 days starting from the date of the repair or replacement and naturally for the remaining duration of the Guarantee itself. The Guarantee is valid from the date proven by a valid fiscal document (receipt or purchase invoice) for a period of 24 months in case of purchase with fiscal receipt and 12 months in case of purchase with fiscal invoice (VAT number) . There are some goods which, due to their normal characteristics, are perishable over time or subject to wear and tear deriving from use, therefore, for the accessories included in the sales package, the Warranty is valid for 12 months . A rechargeable accumulator is considered defective and can be replaced under the 12-month warranty only when it is interrupted, i.e. it no longer supplies energy and the voltage at its ends is Zero Volt. In the event that the ability to deliver energy is reduced compared to the new product (consumption/wear) the Warranty period will be 6 months . Not covered by Warranty:

It is advisable to keep both the packaging and all the accessories contained therein intact, since in case of sending to the technical laboratory it is better to use the original packaging with all its accessories.
