Vehicle Compatibility

Installation Instructions

Please follow these steps carefully for proper installation:

1. Remove the spare wheel and the heat shield located on the exhaust side.
2. Insert the cage nuts into the designated openings in the chassis beams, aligning with points (A), (B), and (G). Use M12 cage nuts for points (A) and (G), and M10 for point (B).
3. Position the tow bar between the chassis beams, aligning its points (A) and (G) with the inserted cage nuts. If necessary, use the thickness plates (-i) and (-j) between the chassis beam and the tow bar. Attach the reinforcement corner (-k) to points (A), (E), and (F). Insert the required bolts, washers, and nuts at points (A), (E), and (F), tightening them only hand-tight for now.
4. On the right side of the vehicle, position the mounting bracket (-m) with point (B) onto the cage nut in the cross-beam. Ensure that points (D) of the mounting bracket (-m) align with those of the tow bar.
5. On the left side, position the mounting bracket (-l) with point (C) onto the pre-threaded hole on the underside of the chassis beam, and align its points (E) with the tow bar's points (E).
6. Insert the necessary bolts, washers, and nuts for these brackets and tighten all connections firmly (refer to torque specifications).
7. Make a cut-out in the underside of the bumper as indicated in the provided diagram.
   Diagram Description: A diagram shows the required bumper cut-out. It indicates the area to be removed from the bumper ("B"), referencing the bumper's lower rim ("O") and its middle point ("M").
8. For Citroën C8 and Peugeot 807: Assemble the ball with the socket holder (-p) and the security shackle (-s). Place the two thickness plates (-h) between the ball and the tow bar.
9. For Fiat Ulysse and Lancia Phedra: Assemble the ball with the socket holder (-p) and the security shackle (-s) directly against the tow bar.
10. Replace the heat shield and the spare wheel.

• When drilling, exercise caution to avoid damaging brake lines, electrical wiring, or fuel lines.
