Important Safety and Warranty Information

Please read this manual before using the product.

Warning: Exposure to noise above 85 decibels for prolonged periods may cause hearing damage. Protect your hearing by establishing safe listening volumes.

• Start your audio playback device with the volume control at its lowest setting.
• Slowly increase the volume until you can hear it comfortably and without distortion.
• Avoid using this headset in noisy environments where you may want to turn the volume up.
• Turn the volume down if you cannot hear people speaking near you.
• To use this headset safely, avoid listening at high sound levels.
• Follow the guidelines established by the U.S. Occupational Safety Health Administration on maximum exposure time to sound:

Protect your hearing during use.

If using this headset with an unstable or unfamiliar sound system (e.g., airplane, public access ports, etc.), keep the volume low to avoid possible "in-break" bursts of loud sounds.

Hearing damage can be gradual and cumulative. Your ears may adapt to a higher volume of sound over time, which could result in damage to your hearing. Sometimes, there are no obvious warning signs for hearing damage.

However, difficulty understanding speech, ringing or buzzing in the ears, or a sensation of fullness or pressure in your ears can indicate hearing damage. If you experience any of these symptoms, STOP using this headset.

WARNING POWER SUPPLY: The power supply is intended for indoor use only. Use only the power supply included with your product. Do not attempt to repair or use a damaged power supply. Do not subject the power supply to physical abuse or immerse it in water. Regularly inspect the power supply, plug, and cable for damage to the casing and any physical damage.

This product is intended to be supplied by a Certified power supply rated 5Vdc, 300mA minimum, and Tma 40°C (maximum ambient temperature) at 5000m altitude. Contact the manufacturer for further information if needed.

WARNING BATTERY: Improperly replaced batteries may present a risk of explosion or leak and personal injury. Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Ensure batteries are installed correctly by following the provided instructions. Mistreated rechargeable batteries may present a risk of fire or chemical burn and should not be exposed to heat above 54°C (130°F), liquids, moisture, or conducting materials, or be disassembled. A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable gas or liquid. Do not charge or use the battery if it appears to be leaking, or is deformed, discolored, or shows any other abnormality. Do not leave your battery unused or discharged for extended periods. Do not short circuit. Your device may contain an internal rechargeable battery that is not replaceable. Battery life varies with usage. Non-operational batteries should be discarded according to local laws and regulations. If no laws or regulations govern the disposal of your device, dispose of it in a waste bin for electronics. Keep batteries away from children.

Safe Usage Guidelines for Products:

WARNING– The product contains small, detachable parts that may cause choking, personal injury, or death, especially in children. Please exercise care in handling and use of small parts, and keep them away from children, especially those under 4 years of age.

Do not modify or open the product except for battery removal and replacement.

Do not disassemble or attempt to service this product.

Use the product with ITE certified/listed computers and accessories.

Connect the power supply to a properly wired and grounded electrical outlet.

The product is safe under normal and reasonably foreseeable operating conditions.

If the product is operating improperly, call Logitech support.

Product must be returned to the manufacturer for any repair or service.

This is not a Children's Product and is not intended for use by children under 14 years old.

Logitech Limited Hardware Warranty A Summary: Logitech warrants that its hardware product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the length of time identified on your product package from the date of original retail purchase. Logitech's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Logitech's option, to repair or replace the product, or to refund the price paid, provided the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Logitech may direct, along with a copy of your receipt. The protections provided under local law are in addition to the rights granted by this warranty.
