Please review the Safety Precautions thoroughly before your first use. ▲ Attention The vibration plate system consists of the main unit, a remote control, and resistance bands. The remote control allows for convenient operation: The valid receiving range for the remote control is 2.5 meters. Ensure the infrared light on the remote aligns with the infrared receiver window on the machine. Left/Right Oscillation: Amplitude: 0-10mm, Frequency: 0-50Hz. This section provides reference for various exercises using the vibration plate. Perfect for whole body exercise and enhancing your health. Stand on the pad with your feet shoulder-width apart. Stand on the pad with your feet shoulder-width apart, then perform a squatting motion, keeping your back straight. Place your knees on the pad, hands shoulder-width apart on the pad, while on your knees. Rest your lower legs on the pad with your hands braced on the ground behind you for support. With your feet shoulder-width apart, bend at the waist and stretch your arms straight to rest on the pad. Place one foot on the pedal and stand relaxed and straight. Maintain balance. Sit securely on the pad with your legs crossed. Sit on a stool and place your legs on the pedal. Starting position: Place your legs on the vibration plate, knees bent, hands behind your head. Exercise: Lift your upper body, but not completely, and lower it again. Starting position: Place your legs on the vibration plate, knees bent, hands behind your head. Exercise: Lift your upper body, but not completely, and lower it again. Starting position: Turn away from the device, place your hands firmly on the plate and support yourself on it. Exercise: Push your body up. Bend your elbows slightly, lower the upper body. Ensure the shoulder blades are pushed together. Alternatively, you can extend your legs. Starting position: Lie on your back on a mat in front of the device with your feet stepping on the plate. Exercise: During vibration, lift and extend one leg, switching legs every 3-5 seconds. Ensure the pelvis does not fall to one side during the exercise. Starting position: Place one foot in the middle of the device. Extend the other leg backwards. Hold one resistance band firmly. Exercise: Keep your back straight and push the foot firmly on the plate, flexing the leg muscles. Bend your forearm and pull the band alternately firmly upwards and back. Starting position: Get on the device. Hold both resistance bands firmly. Exercise: Keep your back and wrists straight. Bend your forearm and pull the bands firmly upwards. Starting position: Place one foot in the middle of the device. Extend the other leg backwards. Exercise: Keep your back straight, push the leg firmly into a lunge, flex your leg muscles, and cross your arms in front of your body. Starting position: Get on the device, feet shoulder-width apart. Exercise: Keep your back straight, knees and upper body slightly bent forward, leg muscles slightly flexed. Alternatively, move up and down. Starting position: Get on the plate. Keep your upper body relaxed. Exercise: Slowly lift both heels until you are standing on the balls of your feet. Hold the position briefly. This exercise can also be performed on one leg for increased intensity. The relative humidity must be below 93% (non-condensing), and the atmospheric pressure should be between 50-106 kPa.
