Congratulations, you've purchased the latest product from mophie that can charge virtually any two USB devices simultaneously with its dual charging ports. The mophie juice pack powerstation duo is also capable of charging at up to 2.1A, making it perfect for use with even the most power-hungry of tablet devices.

Because the powerstation duo is universal and will work with most USB devices, its hard to be specific about how much additional power you will get – it depends on what kind of battery you are charging and what you're using it for. But at 6000mAh, rest assured that this thing will keep you going for hours.

The powerstation duo has been designed principally for the latest generation of popular smartphones and tablets. Charging your juice pack

Connect your powerstation duo using the included micro USB cable. You can charge your juice pack powerstation duo using your computer or using a third party "Works with iPhone" USB wall adaptor. You can even use your iPad wall adaptor, which is the fastest method currently available. (The LEDs located on the top of the device will blink when charging, after 30 seconds the lights will turn off. Press the status indicator before you disconnect to make sure you are fully charged.)

Charging your device using the juice pack

The powerstation duo may be able to charge two smartphones simultaneously, but due to the high current required by tablets, it is only able to supply a 2.1A charge to one device at a time. Connecting the larger device first, such as a tablet, ensures the most efficient charge for that device and still allows you to charge a smartphone or other USB device with a smaller battery capacity. Once charged, simply unplug your device and store your powerstation duo until you're ready to charge again.

Checking the status of the juice pack

You can check the amount of juice your powerstation duo has by pressing the button on the side of the device. There are 4 total LEDs. When the button is pressed the LEDs will illuminate for several seconds. Four LEDs means that the juice pack is fully charged and one LED means that it's almost empty.

To keep your juice pack operating to its fullest potential

1. Keep your juice pack dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
2. Do not wash the juice pack with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the case with a soft, water-dampened cloth. Wipe the pins gently with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Re-charge your juice pack once every three months when not in use, and remember to charge it for one hour before putting it away the first time.

Warranty

At mophie, we are dedicated to making the best quality products we can. To back this up, your mophie juice pack is warranted for 1 full year from the date of purchase (this warranty does not affect any statutory rights that you may be entitled to). Keep a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Be sure to register your product at mophie.com to activate it and check for the latest product updates as they develop. Failure to register your product or to provide proof of purchase may void the warranty.

Warning

Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this product. Improper use of this product may result in product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, fire or explosion, for which damages you ("Purchaser"), and not mophie, LLC (“Manufacturer") are responsible.

• The powerstation duo should be operated only in open-air conditions. It should not be operated in an enclosed, unventilated space such as a carrying bag, pocket, or purse. Failure to follow these instructions may cause damage to the powerstation duo by overheating.
• Do not store battery in high temperature environment, including intense sunlight heat. Do not place battery in fire or other excessively hot environments.
• Be cautious of excessive drops, bumps, abrasions or other impacts to this battery. If there is any damage to the battery such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities or corrosion, due to any cause, discontinue use and contact manufacturer or dispose of it in an appropriate manner at your local battery recycling center.
• Do not disassemble this battery or attempt to re-purpose or modify it in any manner.
• Do not expose this battery to moisture or submerge it in liquid. Keep battery dry at all times.
• Do not attempt to charge battery using any method, apparatus or connection other than the device's USB connector. For questions or instructions for the various ways to charge the juice pack refer to this manual's "Charging your device using the juice pack” and “use summary" sections.
• Do not attempt to replace any part of this battery.
• If this battery is intended by Purchaser to be used by a minor, purchasing adult agrees to provide detailed instructions and warnings to any minor prior to use. Failure to do so is sole responsibility of purchaser, who agrees to indemnify Manufacturer for any unintended use/ misuse by a minor.
• All batteries have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection. If you find that your battery is excessively hot, is emitting odor, is deformed, abrased, cut or is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all battery use and contact Manufacturer.
• For extended storage, first charge your battery for one hour.
• Never dispose of batteries in the garbage. Disposal of batteries in the garbage is unlawful under state and federal environmental laws and regulations. Always take used batteries to your local battery-recycling center.

This Battery is meant for use only in conjunction with the appropriate mobile device. Manufacturer is not responsible for any damages to any mobile device incurred through the use of this product.

Will the juice pack powerstation duo charge my iPhone, iPod or iPad?

You bet. The juice pack powerstation duo is fully compatible with every iPhone, iPod and iPad. As a matter of fact, you can charge any two of the three at the SAME TIME!

Will the juice pack powerstation duo charge two iPads?

Not recommended. We suggest getting an additional mophie juice pack powerstation duo for charging a second iPad.

Will the powerstation duo charge my device?

The powerstation duo has been designed to charge a variety of USB devices – specifically smartphones and tablets. We have done extensive testing on a variety of products and can assure you that this device is fully compatible with most smart devices available today.

Which port is used for charging the powerstation duo and which ports are used to charge my device?

Connect your cable using the bigger, rectangular USB ports to charge your devices. The smaller, micro USB port is used to recharge the powerstation duo.

Why aren't the LEDs blinking while the juice pack is charging?

After connecting to a power source, the LED status indicator will start blinking to indicate charging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds allowing for a good night's rest. Remember to check the status indicator before you disconnect to make sure you are fully charged.

How many charge cycles do you get in the juice pack powerstation duo?

The juice pack powerstation duo is rechargeable for over 500 cycles (These are full cycles. Partial cycles don't count as full. So, you can charge your juice pack 10% of the way 10 times before it counts as a complete cycle.) Don't be afraid to top it off!

Can I charge my device while charging the powerstation duo?

Sorry. This device does not have pass-through capability. Please charge the powerstation separately from other devices.

What is Mophie's return policy?
