This results in an extremely fast and guaranteed error-free installation due to the click connection between the wire trays and the click connection on the roof supports. Whether it's a garage roof of a residential house for which RShome is designed or a large flat roof project where RoofSupport is available from 60 mm wide to 600 mm wide, a safe and cost-effective installation is guaranteed with RoofSupport Wind certificate As RoofSupport functions as a wire tray system with an open structure combined with concreteweighted roof supports, the various RoofSupport systems are highly resistant to wind. The wind resistance has been tested in the Peutz wind tunnel and certified according to Peutz guidelines, showcasing excellent results. Based on the obtained certificate, RoofSupport is guaranteed suitable for all most common applications through proper calculation. 3 CABLE MANAGEMENT Wire tray Because RoofSupport is developed in Magnelis® steel and equipped with factory-assembled couplings, cable installation prevents damage as there are no burrs or flakes left behind during production. RoofSupport is less environmentally impactful due to the reduced use of zinc, contributing to an improved CO2 footprint. RoofSupport offers covers for widths ranging from 60 to 600 mm. The RoofSupport covers are made of thermally galvanized material. Wire trays ranging from 200 to 600 mm wide are placed on the RoofBlock XL roof supports. An additional advantage of the RoofBlock XL is that due to its heavy weight of 3.5 kg, they can be placed at intervals of 2 meters. Consistent quality in coupling the wire tray ensures potential equalisation of up to 100M1, while the high speed of installation is an important USP. Reinforced coupling The reinforced coupling is used to connect wire trays at right angles and/or securing parts of wire tray that are bent towards each other. This one is made from stainless steel. RoofSupport HOME RS HOME is ideal for small business and/or residential applications of one to a maximum of 4 DC circuits.
