---|---|
No power | Check power cord and outlet. Unplug and replug after 60 seconds. |
No picture | Check antenna connection. Tune to another station. Adjust contrast and brightness. |
Good picture but no sound | Increase volume. Check if muted. Check sound settings. Ensure external device volumes are not low/off. For AVI/Component inputs, check cable connections. DVI to HDMI may require a separate audio cable. Ensure headphone jack is not connected. |

No response to remote control | Check/replace remote batteries. Clean remote lens. Ensure distance is within 8m and path is clear. |
Colored dots may be present on the screen | This is a structural property of the LED screen (99.99% of pixels are effective) and not a malfunction. |
Picture is breaking up | Keep TV away from noisy electrical sources. Electrical interference (lightning) may cause issues. Leave space between optional equipment and TV. Check antenna and connection. Keep antenna away from power/output cables. |
After Auto Tuning only some channels are available | Check Digital Video Broadcast coverage in your area. Try re-tuning. Ensure correct antenna type is used. |
Channel cannot be selected | Check if the channel is blocked in main menu settings. |
USB not playing | Check USB cable and power supply. Ensure USB disk is formatted (FAT32) and supports multimedia formats. |
Picture is distorted, macroblock, small block, dots, pixelization, etc | Video content compression, especially on fast-moving scenes, can cause distortion. |
Noise from speaker | Check cable connections. Low signal level may cause sound distortion. |
TV turns off automatically | Check if Off Timer or Sleep Timer is enabled in Setup. TV may turn off after 10 minutes with no signal. |
TV turns on automatically | Check if On Timer is enabled in Setup. |
