This document provides detailed dimensional specifications and installation guidelines for the Maytag® Front Load Washer, models MFW7020RU, MFW7020RF, and MFW7020RW. All dimensions shown are recommended spacing allowances, except for closet door ventilation openings, which are minimum required. This washer has been tested for installation with 0" (0 mm) clearance on the sides. Consider allowing more space for ease of installation and servicing, and for companion appliances, walls, doors, and floor moldings. Add 1" (25 mm) spacing on all sides of the washer to reduce noise transfer. If a closet door or louvered door is installed, top and bottom air openings in the door are required.
