Installation Steps

1. Preparation and Unboxing

   The UniFi Lite 8 PoE package contains the network switch and necessary mounting hardware. The hardware includes M3 screws, wall anchors, a mounting bracket, and potentially cable management accessories (indicated by labels like 'b', 'd', 'a', 'A', 'B'). A drill bit size of Ø6mm (1/4 inch) is recommended for wall mounting.

2. Wall Mounting

   This step details the physical installation of the switch onto a wall. It involves drilling holes using a Ø6mm (1/4 inch) drill bit, inserting wall anchors, attaching the mounting bracket to the wall with screws, and then securing the UniFi Lite 8 PoE device to the bracket.

3. Connection and Setup

   Connect an Ethernet cable from your Internet Gateway to the UniFi Lite 8 PoE switch. The UniFi Network mobile application is available for setup and management. Download options are provided for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
