What if my TV does not display the image of camera?

The default output resolution for the NVR recorder is 1280x1024, which may not be compatible with all screens, resulting in a black display. Adjust the system resolution as follows:

  1. Connect the NVR to another screen via a VGA or HDMI cable to access the system. If you can log in or access the NVR system, proceed.
  2. Once logged in, right-click to enter the main menu, then navigate to System Setup > General Setup > Display Resolution. Select "1080P@60Hz" and click "Apply" to save the setting.
  3. Reconnect the NVR to your primary monitor via HDMI/VGA cable. The display should now work correctly.

Optional NVR output resolutions include: 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1366x768, 1440x900, 1080P@50Hz, 1080P@60Hz. Adjust to match your primary monitor.

Remotely view the cameras on the phone ?

1. Ensure NVR Monitor is ONLINE:

Connect the WAN port of the NVR monitor to the LAN port of your router using an Ethernet cable. The NVR monitor will then be ONLINE. Verify this status in the NVR's Main Menu > Fast Network > Cloud (P2P).

Search for the free app "YESKAMO" or "EseeCloud" in your device's app store (App Store or Google Play) and download it.

4. Add Cloud ID:

Method A: In the app, navigate to "Add Device" (usually a "+" icon). Scan the "Cloud ID" which is typically found on the NVR's monitor screen (Main Menu > Fast Network > Cloud (P2P)) or on the device's label.

How to manually turn off the floodlight at night?

The floodlight camera features a built-in PIR sensor and floodlights that automatically activate at night upon detecting suspicious activity, providing true color videos. You can customize the IR-Cut mode to control the floodlight behavior:

Before customizing for a selected channel, double-click the channel to enter full-screen mode.

Navigate to Main Menu > Color Adjustment. Select the desired IR-Cut mode:

  • Infrared: Displays Black & White video; the floodlight will never turn on.
  • Daylight: Displays Color video; the floodlight will never turn on.
  • Night: Displays Black & White video; the floodlight will never turn on.
  • Full Color: Displays Color video; the floodlight will always be on at night.
  • Smart: Displays Black & White video when no motion is detected. When motion is detected (PIR activated), the floodlight switches on to provide Color video.

  • The floodlight duration is approximately 20 seconds.
  • The time interval between floodlight activations is about 2 minutes.
  • The floodlight will only turn on at night when using the "Full Color" or "Smart" modes.

  4. On the NVR, right-click to enter the main menu, then navigate to "Video Manage".
  5. In the "Video Manage" interface, locate the channel that shows "IPC disconnect", "connect fail", or "different segment". Select this channel, click "Delete", and then ensure its status changes to "No video source".
  6. Click the "Search" button in the upper box to find the camera's IP address. A new IP address should appear shortly.
  7. Once the IP address is listed, click "Match Code".
  8. The "Wifi add" interface will appear. Click "Exit" until the camera's IP address is displayed for the corresponding channel (e.g., 172.20.14.xx).
  9. The camera's video feed should now appear on the monitor, and the channel status in the "Video Manage" interface will show "Connect Success".
  10. You can now disconnect the Ethernet cable and install the camera at its desired location, ensuring it is within the NVR's Wi-Fi range. If remote viewing is required, reconnect the NVR's WAN port to your router via Ethernet cable.
