ATUVOS VOS TAG AT2501 User Manual
This TAG offers dual-network compatibility with Apple Find My Network and Google Find My Device Network. It leverages the world's largest crowdsourced networks to pinpoint lost keys, bags, or gear—anywhere, anytime, on any device.
This tag is water-resistant and has a replaceable battery that lasts up to one year.

Power Button: Used for powering on/off and resetting the device.

Buzzer: Emits sound to help locate the tag.
Key Features
- Dual-Network Compatibility: Works with both Apple Find My and Google Find My Device networks.
- Left-behind Alerts: Notifies you if your item is left behind and disconnects from your paired device's Bluetooth.
- Discourage Unwanted Tracking: Your device will alert you if an unknown tag is detected with your items, protecting against unwanted tracking. You can also play a sound to help find it.
- Long-distance Tracking: Utilizes the Find My network (hundreds of millions of Apple or Android devices worldwide) to locate items lost outside of Bluetooth range.
Pairing Instructions
Pair with Apple Find My App
- Turn on your iOS device's Bluetooth. Ensure your iOS device is running the latest version.
- Open the Find My app, tap "Items", then "Add Item". Select "Other Supported Item" and follow the in-app instructions to complete pairing.
Pair with Google Find My Device App
- Turn on your Android device's Bluetooth.
- Quick press the tag's power button to turn it on and place it near your Android device.
- Follow the Find My Device pop-up prompt on your Android device.
Note: For subsequent pairing with other items, tap "+" and then "Add Other Item" to pair.
Battery Replacement
The VOS Tag has a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery (DC 3V) that lasts up to 1 year. To replace it:
- Use your fingernail or a small tool to open the battery cover by inserting it into the gap.
- Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one, ensuring the positive terminal (+) faces up.
- Close the battery cover by aligning the hole.
Troubleshooting
- Fail to add VOS Tag to the app:
- Ensure the tag is powered on and near the device.
- Verify your device is updated to the latest version and Bluetooth is enabled.
- Confirm the tag has not been paired with another device.
- If issues persist, long-press the tag's power button for 10 seconds to reset, restart your device, and try pairing again.
- VOS Tag cannot function well:
- Check the battery level. If low, replace it with a new CR2032 battery.

Important Safety Information
WARNING: INGESTION HAZARD
- This product contains a button cell or coin battery.
- Serious injury or death can occur if ingested. A swallowed button cell or coin battery can cause internal chemical burns in as little as 2 hours.
- KEEP new and used batteries OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
- Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is suspected to be swallowed or inserted inside any part of the body. Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
- The tag contains a CR2032 button cell or coin battery with a nominal voltage of 3 V.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above 45°C, or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage, or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
- Ensure batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for an extended period according to local regulations.
- Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.
- Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.
