Overview
The Teclast K10 Bluetooth Keyboard is a rechargeable keyboard compatible with Windows, Android, and iOS devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Indicators and Buttons
- CAPS Indicator: Illuminates when Caps Lock is active for typing uppercase letters. Turns off when Caps Lock is deactivated.
- Bluetooth Indicator: Blinks blue when the keyboard is pairing. Turns off upon successful pairing.
- Charge Indicator: Red light indicates charging. Turns off when fully charged.
- Power Indicator: Flashes blue for 3 seconds when turned on. Blinks blue continuously when the battery is low. Turns off when the battery is depleted.
- CONNECT Button: Press to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will blink blue.
- OFF/ON Switch: Slide to ON to power the keyboard. The power indicator will flash for 3 seconds.

Device Compatibility: The Teclast K10 Bluetooth Keyboard is compatible with laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Press the CONNECT button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode to pair or re-pair with devices.
Pairing/Re-pairing: You can disconnect or forget the paired keyboard by accessing its settings in your device's Bluetooth settings. You can then pair with other devices by following the setup instructions.
Set Up
- On the keyboard: Slide the OFF/ON switch to ON. The power indicator will flash for 3 seconds. Press the CONNECT button; the Bluetooth indicator will blink blue.
- On your device:
- Windows 10: Navigate to Start Menu > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Select "TECLAST K10" and follow on-screen instructions. Press Fn+W (Win) for Windows configuration.
- Android: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Pair new device. Select "TECLAST K10" and follow on-screen instructions. Press Fn+Q (Android) for Android configuration.
- iOS (iPhone, iPad): Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Select "TECLAST K10" from the list and follow on-screen instructions. Press Fn+E (iOS) for iOS configuration.
- Mac OS X (10.9 or higher): Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Set Up Bluetooth Keyboard. Select "TECLAST K10" and follow on-screen instructions. Press Fn+E (iOS) for iOS configuration.
Switching Devices
The Teclast K10 Bluetooth Keyboard can be paired with multiple devices. To switch between paired devices, you may need to disconnect from the current device and pair with the new one.
Shortcuts and Hotkeys
The keyboard features shortcuts and media functions indicated on the keys. To activate a shortcut, hold down the Fn (function) key while pressing the desired key.
Key Functionality
- Android Configuration: Specific keys perform actions related to Android.
- iOS Configuration: Specific keys perform actions related to iOS.
- Windows Configuration: Specific keys perform actions related to Windows.
- Navigation: Keys like Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down are available for navigation.
- Media Control: Includes Play/Pause, Volume -, Volume +, and Next/Last track controls.
- Other Functions: Search, Copy, Cut, Paste, Select All, Lock screen, Homepage/Browser.
Charging
The Power indicator will blink when the battery is low, indicating it's time to charge. Use a micro-USB cable and a 5V/1A or 5V/2A adapter. The charge indicator will be red during charging and turn off when fully charged. Charging typically takes no more than 2 hours. The battery provides approximately 40 hours of typing and 23 days of standby time.
FAQ/Troubleshoot
Pairing Issues
- Ensure your device has Bluetooth functionality.
- Restart your device and try pairing again.
- Windows Specific: Ensure Bluetooth device discovery and connection are enabled in settings. Wait for all software updates to complete before re-pairing.
- Verify your device supports external keyboards (HID Bootloader) by checking its manual or contacting the manufacturer.
Keyboard Not Working
- Ensure the correct channel is selected.
- Press any key to wake the keyboard from sleep.
- Turn the keyboard off and on again.
- Device Specific: Turn off Bluetooth, reboot the computer, and re-enable Bluetooth.
- Keyboard Specific: Turn off and restart the keyboard. Ensure it is charged and paired.
- Re-pairing: On your device, go to Bluetooth settings, forget the "Teclast K10 Keyboard", turn off Bluetooth, restart the device, turn Bluetooth back on, and follow the setup instructions to re-pair.
Connection Issues (Drops, Lag, Delay)
- Check keyboard battery level.
- Avoid placing the keyboard on metal surfaces, which can interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
- Minimize Radio Frequency (RF) interference from other wireless devices (speakers, cell phones). Keep other devices at least 20cm (8 inches) away from the keyboard.
- Move the keyboard closer to your device.
Changing Input Source / Case
- Windows: Use Caps Lock for uppercase/lowercase. Press Ctrl + Space or Shift to change input source.
- iOS: Use Caps Lock for uppercase/lowercase. Press Ctrl + Space to change input source. (Refer to Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard > Switch Languages using Caps Lock).
- Android: Use Caps Lock for uppercase/lowercase. Press Shift + Space to change input source.
- App Switching (Android): Use Alt + Tab to switch between apps.
