Eye Care
Adjust settings to better protect your eyes.

- Rest Reminder: Provides reminders to take breaks based on your set work duration. For example, after 30 minutes of work, a pop-up reminder will appear for 5 seconds. Pressing any key will dismiss the reminder OSD. This feature disables Splendid Demo Mode, GamePlus, and QuickFit.

Tips for relieving eye strain:
- If you work for extended periods, take breaks away from the monitor. It is recommended to take a short break (at least 5 minutes) after every hour of continuous computer use. Frequent short breaks are more effective than one long break.
- To reduce eye strain and dryness, periodically look at distant objects to rest your eyes.
- Eye exercises can help reduce eye strain. Repeat these exercises regularly. If eye strain persists, consult a doctor. Eye exercises include: (1) Looking up and down repeatedly, (2) Slowly rotating your eyeballs, (3) Moving your eyeballs diagonally.
- Excessive blue light can cause eye strain and AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration). The Blue Light Filter can reduce up to 70% (maximum) of harmful blue light.
