Native Integration
No EHS adapters are needed. Connect your desk phone directly with one USB cable. The base features 2 Micro USB ports, supporting connection to PC and IP phone simultaneously. Integrated deeply with Yealink IP Phones, you can experience crystal clear calls by wearing WH62. It also works with popular UC platforms for comprehensive collaboration.

Interruption Free
Busylight is enabled in WH62. When the light on the headset or BLT60 on the desk turns red, people around know you are on the phone, preventing unintentional interruptions. Stay focused on your conversation for higher efficiency and better collaboration.
All-Day Comfort
Based on hundreds of headform evaluations and thousands of wearing comfort tests, WH62 meets ergonomic requirements. With premium soft leather cushions and a lightweight design, you can wear it comfortably all day. For more workspace freedom, WH62 allows you to move up to 160m away from your desk.

Note: It is recommended to use the included accessories. Other accessories may cause compatibility issues.
2 Connection
Connect the headset base to a DC power supply. Connect the base to your PC or desk phone using the provided USB cables. If connecting to Yealink T3 series phones, a Yealink EHS35 wireless headset adapter is required (sold separately).

Note: Ensure the base is connected to a DC power supply, not just the USB power supply.
3 Charge the Headset
Dock the headset onto the charging base to charge it. For initial use or if the battery is low, dock the headset for at least 30 minutes.
Note: For the initial use, the headset is automatically paired with the base when docked.
4 Wear the Headset

5 Replace Ear Cushions

6 Usage

Environmental Requirements
- Place the device in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the device dry and dust-free.
- Do not place the device near flammable or heat-vulnerable objects (e.g., rubber materials).
- Keep the device away from heat sources or open flames (e.g., candles, electric heaters).
Operating Requirements
- Do not allow children to operate the device without supervision.
- Keep children away from the device and accessories to prevent accidental swallowing.
- Use only manufacturer-provided or authorized accessories.
- Ensure the power supply meets the device's input voltage requirements. Use surge protection power sockets.
- Ensure hands are dry before plugging or unplugging cables.
- Do not spill liquids on the product or use it near water (e.g., bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, wet basement, swimming pool).
- During thunderstorms, disconnect the device from the power supply to avoid lightning strikes.
- Disconnect the device from the power supply if unused for extended periods.
- If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell is detected, disconnect the device from the power supply immediately.

- Do not insert foreign objects into equipment slots.
- Connect the grounding cable first before connecting other cables. Disconnect grounding cable last.
Battery Requirements
- Do not immerse the battery in water.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or open flames, as it may explode.
- Power off the handset before removing the battery.
- Use the battery only with this handset.
- Do not open or mutilate the battery; avoid contact with eyes or skin.
- Use only the provided rechargeable battery pack or recommended alternatives.
- Dispose of defective batteries according to local regulations; return old batteries to suppliers or designated collection facilities.
Cleaning Requirements
- Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth for cleaning.
- Keep the power plug clean and dry.
Troubleshooting
Issue: The unit cannot supply power to the Yealink device.
- Possible Cause: Bad connection with the plug.
- Solution: Clean the plug with a dry cloth. Connect it to another wall outlet.
Issue: Cannot connect the cable properly.
- Possible Cause: Wrong Yealink device connected or incorrect power supply used.
- Solution: Connect the cable correctly. Use the correct power supply.
Issue: Usage environment is out of operating temperature range.
- Solution: Use the device within the specified operating temperature range.
Issue: The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly.
- Solution: Connect the cable correctly.
Issue: You cannot connect the cable properly.
- Possible Cause: Wrong Yealink device connected or incorrect power supply used.
- Solution: Connect the cable correctly. Use the correct power supply.
Issue: Some dust, etc., may be in the port.
- Solution: Clean the port.
Contact your dealer or authorized service facility for further questions.

Yealink provides a USB device manager client - Yealink USB Connect, for personalizing and managing Yealink headsets. Download it from the Yealink website: www.yealink.com/product/yuc.
Note: WH6x supports Yealink T27G/T4xS/T4U/T53/T5xW/T58/VP59 via USB connection. WH62/63 supports Yealink T3x with EHS35. For optimal experience, phone firmware v86 (xx.86.x.xx) or higher is recommended. Refer to the “Yealink Headset Compatibility Guide” on the Yealink support website for more details.
