Owner Responsibilities
For your protection as a pool owner, My Pool Warranty requires that you:
- Keep a record of your purchase.
- Cooperate in placing the required enclosed Safety Labels and warnings on your pool in the designated positions. This ensures warranty validity.
Using safety labels and understanding the potential dangers of an above-ground pool can protect you against possible legal liability in case of a serious accident. Compliance with all local codes is mandatory.
If you need additional warning labels or need to replace lost or damaged ones, please email requests to: info@mypoolwarranty.com. Specify the desired quantity; they are provided at no charge.
Warranty Claim Requirements
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You will need to provide the following pictures when submitting your warranty claim:
- Pictures of the problem area.

- Any additional photos with close-up and further back views of all problem areas.
