Charging

First Use

Before first use, remove the insulation film from the charging pads on both earbuds. Place them in the case and then charge the case and earbuds fully.

Charging the Case

Insert one end of the included USB-C charging cable into the charging port on your case. Insert the other end of the USB cable into a suitable USB charging adapter.

When charging, the indicator light on the case flashes red. When fully charged, the indicator light becomes a solid red.

Charging the Earphones

Place the earphones in the charging case to charge. Make sure the charging points make contact between the case and earphones.

Charging can take approximately 2-3 hours.

Powering On/Off

To turn the earphones ON, remove them from the case. To turn the earphones OFF, put them back into the case.

Note: It is recommended that the earphones be fully charged before use.

It is also possible to turn the earbuds on/off by pressing and holding the touch button for 8 seconds.

Bluetooth Pairing

When removed from the case, the earbuds will both flash red and blue and will find each other and pair together (TWS pairing). On first use, this might take 15 seconds. Once they have paired together, only one earbud will flash red and blue, and they are ready to pair to your phone.

Pairing Mode (Red+Blue Flashing)

Go to the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone. Make sure that Bluetooth is ON. Connect to the device listed as "RBK1301 OWS Sport."

After connecting the earphones, their indicator light will turn OFF.

Troubleshooting

If for some reason the earbuds do not pair together, you can reset the TWS pairing. 'Forget' the earbuds in your phone's Bluetooth Settings. Quickly press the left earbud touch button 7 times and then long press it for a few seconds until you hear a two-tone prompt. The earbuds should pair together.

Once paired together, one earbud stops flashing while the other continues to flash blue and red. Now pair to your phone.

Left Earphone Controls

• Play/Pause: Press
• Previous Track: Triple Press
• Answer Call: Press
• Reject Call: Press and Hold for 2 seconds
• End Call: Press and Hold for 2 seconds
• Volume Down: Double Press
• Activating Phone Assistant: Press and Hold either button for 3 seconds.

Right Earphone Controls

• Play/Pause: Press
• Next Track: Triple Press
• Answer Call: Press
• Reject Call: Press and Hold for 2 seconds
• End Call: Press and Hold for 2 seconds
• Volume Up: Double Press
• Activating Phone Assistant: Press and Hold either button for 3 seconds.

Warning: To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. For your own safety, please be aware of your surroundings when using these earphones.

Maintenance and Care

• Use a soft cloth or paper towel to clean your earphones and charging case. Never use any harsh chemicals or detergents for cleaning. Make sure your earphones are dry before charging.
• When your earphones are unused, they should be stored in a cool, dry place.
• Never tug or yank on a cable connected to your earphones or charging case. Connect and disconnect cables as carefully as possible.
• Never expose your earphones to high temperatures or extreme cold.

This warranty covers products that fail to function properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE, due to defects in material or workmanship. Your product will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor for a period of one year.

What Is Not Covered By Warranty

Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship and damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including but limited to, repair by unauthorized parties, tampering, modification or accident.

To receive Warranty service along with the name and address of an authorized product service center, the original consumer purchaser must contact us for problem determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, evidencing that the product is within the applicable Warranty period(s), MUST be presented in order to obtain the requested service. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address of the authorized service center at your expense. Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product. Any products received by the authorized service center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
