The factory-assigned login password is printed on the label on the back of the router.
Configuration for Fibre / UFB Connection
1. Navigate to Settings > Internet.
2. Select “PPPoE” for "My Internet Connection is".
3. Enter your username and password as advised by your Internet Provider.
4. Under Advanced Settings, set MTU to 1492. Save the settings.
5. Select the VLAN tab.
6. Set "Triple-Play" to Enabled.
7. Set "Internet VLAN TAG" to Enabled and enter "10" in the Internet VLAN ID field. Save the settings.

Configuration for VDSL Connection
1. Navigate to Settings > Internet.
2. Select “Dynamic IP (DHCP)” for "My Internet Connection is".
3. Under Advanced Settings, set MTU to 1492. Save the settings.
Note: Your provider-supplied VDSL modem should be set to PPPoE authentication with your username/password and Internet VLAN Tag set to 10.
