2. Wearing
Choose the ear tips that fit your ears best for optimal comfort and sound quality.
Select the appropriate ear tip size: Small (S), Medium (M), or Large (L).
Insert the earbuds into your ears and twist them slightly to secure them in place.
3. Charging
Ensure the earbuds and USB charging port are completely dry before charging.
Place the earbuds into the charging case.
Close the charging case lid.
Connect the charging case to a power source using a USB-C cable.
Charging Indicators:
- Earbuds:
- Steady white light for 0.5 seconds indicates 60% - 100% battery.
- Flashing white light (x2) indicates 10% - 60% battery.
- Flashing red light (x2) indicates 0% - 10% battery.
- Charging Case:
- Steady white light for 3 seconds indicates 25% - 100% battery.
- Flashing red light (x4) indicates 0% - 25% battery.
- A 10-minute charge provides 2 hours of playtime.
- Full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
4. Powering On & Pairing
The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode when taken out of the case.
Open the charging case and remove the earbuds.
On your device's Bluetooth list, select "soundcore A25i" to connect for the first time.
Pairing Indicators:
- Flashing white light indicates pairing mode.
- Steady white light for 1 second indicates connected.
5. Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode:
Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
Tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds until the earbud LED indicators flash white rapidly.
Pairing Indicators:
- Flashing white light indicates pairing mode.
- Steady white light for 1 second indicates connected.

You can also customize controls through the soundcore app.

7. Powering Off
Return the earbuds to the charging case.
Close the charging case lid to power off the earbuds.
8. Reset
Reset the earbuds if they have issues pairing with each other or other devices.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
Tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 8 seconds until the earbud LED indicators flash red rapidly three times.
9. LED Light Guide
Understand the meaning of the earbud and charging case LED indicators:
- Steady white: Indicates a stable state, often full charge or connection.
- Flashing white: Indicates pairing mode or charging in progress.
- Flashing red: Indicates low battery or an error state during reset.
