Product Description

The OSCAL PowerMax 3600 is a portable power station. The following diagram illustrates its various ports and features:

01 Power On/Off

To turn the device on or off:

  • Press the AC ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds to turn AC output on or off.
  • Press the DC ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds to turn DC output on or off.
  • Press the USB ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds to turn USB output on or off.
  • Press the Main Power Button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the entire unit on or off.

02 Power Pack Connection Charging

The PowerMax 3600 supports connecting up to fifteen additional power packs to increase battery capacity. The diagram shows three different connection methods.

03 Charging Your Devices

Connect various devices to the power station's output ports:

  • AC Output: Connect appliances like rice cookers, kettles, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, RVs, and routers to the AC outlets. Use the AC ON/OFF button to control power.
  • 12V Output: Connect devices requiring 12V power. Use the 12V ON/OFF button to control power.
  • USB Output: Connect devices like laptops, cameras, and smartphones to the USB-A and USB-C ports. Use the USB ON/OFF button to control power.

04 Charging PowerMax 3600

The PowerMax 3600 can be recharged via multiple methods:

  • Car charging: Connect to a car's 12V socket using the provided car charging cable.
  • Grid charging: Connect to a wall outlet using the AC charging cable. The input port supports 100-120Vac, 15A.
  • Solar charging: Connect solar panels to the solar charging input port (11-150Vdc, 15A Max).

The AC charge speed switch allows adjustment of the charging speed.

Safety Instructions

Usage

  1. Do not use the product near a heat source, such as a fire source or a heating furnace.
  2. Avoid contact with any liquid. Do not immerse the product in water or get it wet. Do not use the product in rain or humid environments.
  3. Do not use the product in an environment with strong static electricity/magnetic fields.
  4. Do not disassemble the product in any way or pierce the product with sharp objects.
  5. Avoid using wires or other metal objects that may result in a short circuit.
  6. Do not use unofficial components or accessories. Please visit official channels for replacements.
  7. Strictly follow the specified operating temperature. High temperatures may cause fire/explosion; low temperatures may reduce performance or cause shutdown.
  8. Do not stack heavy objects on the product.
  9. Do not forcibly lock the fan during use.
  10. Avoid impact, falls, or severe vibrations. In case of severe impact, turn off the power supply immediately. Ensure the product is well fastened during transportation.
  11. If accidentally dropped into water, place in a safe open area and stay away until dry. The dried product should not be used again and must be disposed of properly. Recommended fire extinguishers: water, sand, dry powder, CO2.
  12. Use a dry cloth to clean product ports.
  13. Rest the product on a flat surface to avoid falling. If severely damaged after falling, turn off immediately, place in an open area, and dispose of according to local laws.
  14. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  15. Store the product in a dry and ventilated place.
  16. Use moisture barrier bags in wet environments to prevent soaking. If water is found inside, do not use or turn on again. Take anti-electric shock measures before touching. Place in a safe, waterproof area and contact Customer Service.
  17. This product is not recommended for powering medical emergency equipment related to personal safety (e.g., ventilators, ECMO). Consult doctors and manufacturers for restrictions. For general medical equipment, monitor power status.
  18. Power supply products generate electromagnetic fields that may affect medical implants (pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators). Contact manufacturers for restrictions and ensure a safe distance.
  19. When connected to a refrigerator, power fluctuations may cause automatic shutdown. For refrigerators storing medicine/vaccines, set AC output to "Always on" in the app for continuous supply.

Disposal Guide

  1. If possible, fully discharge the battery before disposing it in a designated recycling bin. The product contains chemicals and must not be disposed of in ordinary trash. Follow local laws.
  2. If the battery cannot be fully discharged due to failure, do not dispose of it directly. Contact a professional battery recycling company.
  3. Dispose of over-discharged batteries that cannot be recharged.

UPS Functionality

The product supports UPS functionality. When connected to grid power via the AC Input Port, it can power devices through the AC Output Port. In case of a sudden blackout, it can automatically switch to battery power within 10ms.

Note: This basic UPS function does not support 0ms switching. Do not connect devices requiring 0ms UPS, such as data servers or workstations. Test compatibility before use. It is recommended to charge only one device at a time to avoid overload protection. OSCAL is not responsible for device failures or data losses due to improper use.

APP Connection

  1. Download Smart Life APP: Search for "Smart Life" on the App Store or Android app store and install it.
  2. Register and Log In: Select the appropriate version for your country, register, and log in to the Smart Life app.
  3. Initialize Bluetooth: Turn on the Bluetooth button on the device and press it for more than 5 seconds to initialize Bluetooth.
  4. Add Device: Open the Smart Life app and follow the prompts to add the OSCAL PowerMax 3600. The app interface shows device status, battery percentage, input/output power, and remaining time.
