How To Use Pedal Assist
Pedal Assist (PAS) functions only when pedaling. The motor output depends on your pedaling and the PAS level. PAS automatically switches off at the maximum set speed (up to 28 mph) and reactivates when speed drops below the maximum. You can also use the eBike as a normal bicycle by setting PAS to 0 or turning off the display. PAS will not function if the battery is discharged. The display and PAS/throttle features turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Walk Mode
Walk Mode assists when walking the bicycle. To activate, hold the MINUS button on the display control pad. The motor engages at a slow walking speed. To deactivate, pull either brake lever or press and hold the MINUS button. "Walking" will appear on the display.
Cruise Control
Cruise control maintains a set speed. To activate, hold the MINUS button while twisting the throttle. For low speeds, slightly twist the throttle and hold the MINUS button. "Cruise" will appear on the display. To deactivate, pull either brake lever.
