Detailed Assembly Instructions
Storage Box Assembly - Step 1: Front Plate/Base Plate
Start with Plate A. Attach this to the long side of Plate B, ensuring that the Jet Tech logo aligns with the triangle cutout on the base (Fig 1). The small arrow on the baseplate must face towards you. Bolts should be inserted from the outside in, with washers and nuts on the inside of the box.
Fig 1: Shows the alignment of Plate A to Plate B, with the arrow indicating the correct orientation.
Storage Box Assembly - Step 2: Side Plate
Locate Plate D with the bung cut-out and attach it to Plate B (Fig 2).
Fig 2: Illustrates attaching the side plate (Plate D) to the base plate (Plate B).
Storage Box Assembly - Step 3: Final Plate
Attach the final plate (Plate E) to the assembled Plates A, B, and C.
Fig 3: Shows the assembled crate panels.
If you have selected the Adventure Fish Box option, attach the 4 foam pads on the inside of the storage crate to secure the Esky in place.
Step 4: Leg Installation
Each leg consists of 2 pieces that can be set in 2 positions to allow the crate to sit flat on skis with a steep deck design. The feet can be installed in 2 orientations using pre-drilled holes on the bottom:
- Parallel to the sides of the box.
- On a 45-degree angle to the sides of the box (to accommodate the Jet Tech Rescue Sled).
Notes: Bag 4 is used to assemble the feet/legs. Tighten once legs are fully assembled.
Assemble the legs at the desired pitch. Attach legs to the bottom of the box (install at 45 degrees if using a Jet Tech Rescue Sled). Attach EVA foam pads to the bottom of the legs (Fig 6).
Important: Legs should be assembled as shown above. This increases stability and keeps the box sturdy in rougher conditions.
Fig 6: Depicts the correct assembly of the legs and foam pads.
Your storage crate is now complete! Please follow instructions for the Adventure Fish Box on page 7.
Rod Holder Fitment
Notes: Bag 3 is used to attach the rod holders. Bolts must feed in from the outside of the box. There are multiple positions for the rod holders to attach. See Fig 1 for default setup.
Fig 1: Shows the Rod Holder Fasteners (x4) and the inside of the rod holder assembly.
The rod holders will use Hardware Bag 3. This bag includes spring washers which give the bolts clearance for the Esky once installed. Please note: Spring washer and small washer are fastened inside the rod holder. Nut and regular washer are fastened inside the crate.
Finally, use Bag 2 to attach the cargo net and tackle box to the pre-drilled holes on the front of your storage crate (optional).
Your Adventure Fish Box is now complete. See over page for fitment guide videos depending on what PWC you have.
