When operating wear personal safety protection to avoid the risk of: - Splashing and evaporation of liquids - Release of toxic or combustible gases
Set up the instrument in a spacious area on a stable, clean, non-slip, dry and fireproof surface. Do not operate the instrument in explosive atmospheres, with hazardous substances or around water.
Gradually increase the speed, reduce the speed if: - Stirring bar breaks away due to high speed - The instrument is not running smoothly, or the container is not centered on the plate
Temperature must always be set to at least 50 lower than the flash point of the media used.
Be aware of hazards due to: - Flammable materials or media with a low boiling temperature - Overfilling of media - Unsafe container
Process pathogenic materials only in closed vessels. - If the case of the stirrer bar is PTFE, please note

- Elemental fluorine, three fluoride and alkali metals will corrode the PTFE and Halogen alkanes making it expand at room temperature.
- Molten alkali, alkaline earth metals or their solution, as well as the powder in the second and third ethnic of the Periodic Table of Elements will have a chemical reaction with PTFE when temperature reaches 300 ~ 400 .
Check the instrument and accessories prior to each use. Do not use damaged components. Safe operation is only guaranteed with the accessories listed in the "Accessories" section. Accessories must be securely attached to the device and must be removed when not in use. Always disconnect the power before fitting accessories.
When the external temperature sensor is needed, the tip of the measuring sensor must be at least 5-10 mm from vessel bottom and wall.
The instrument can only be fully disconnected from the main power supply by turning off the main or disconnecting the plug.
The voltage stated on the label must correspond to the main power supply.
Ensure that the main power supply cable does not touch the hotplate. Do not cover the device.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Support frame and sensor installation steps
1. Connect the upright post of the support frame (screw connection, please do not plug it directly) ; 2. Install the crossbar fixer of the support frame; 3. install the support rail; 4. Install the fixing buckle between the support frame and the agitator body; 5. Install the stirring rod; Fix the support frame and the agitator main body, and connect the agitator bar power supply according to the socket of the main body.
Precautions for installation: 1. This product is a precision experimental instrument. Please operate according to the interface during installation. 2. Please install in strict accordance with the installation steps; 3. After installation, please check the verticality of the support frame and the level of the support rail. 4. Please ensure that all parts are tightly connected without looseness; If you find that the connection part is loose during use, please stop using it immediately and reinstall it to avoid causing parts and experiments. Operation mode: 1. Place the machine on a horizontal desktop, and then connect the power cord to the power outlet on the back of the base.

2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard socket. 3. Pay attention to the Power switch. The line (-) indicates on, and (o) indicates OFF. 4. Place the machine stably, put the beaker with the liquid medicine in the center of the working plate, put an appropriate rotor in the beaker and make it in the center of the beaker, turn on the power supply. Press the "Heat" button, the line (-) indicates on, and (o) indicates OFF, to start the machine to run and Heat up. Similarly, press the "Speed Adjust" knob once, and the machine will start to Speed Adjust, and adjust it to the required speed by rotating the "Speed Adjust" knob. 5. If you need to measure the temperature of the liquid in the beaker, you can connect the bracket, insert the sensor lead plug into the back of the machine, and then insert the sensor into the liquid. Similarly, press the "Speed Adjust" knob once, and the machine will start to Speed Adjust, and adjust it to the required speed by rotating the "Speed Adjust" knob. Sc: Press and hold SET button for 3 seconds to enter specification adjusting mode, SC is the error calibration value which is the difference between the set and actual temperature, and is set to 0.0. If you want to adjust it, please press the SET button and the numbers will flash, you can adjust the value between -9.9 to 9.0 using the up or down buttons. E: press SET button to enter the next specification, it will display E, which is the critical value before the magnetic stirrer enters into slow heating speed (set to 0.5), it requires the same steps to adjust it as the SC P: press SET button again to enter the next specification setting, it will display P, which equals the set value minus (10/P). For example, if it is set to 50 degrees when P equals 10, then it means it it will start to control the heating speed once it reaches 49 degrees, when P equals 4, then it will start to control the heating speed once it reaches 47.5 degrees. Please decrease P value if the temperature is in huge disparity, please increase P value if the temperature is rising too slowly or just cannot reach your desired temperature. 9. If you need to measure the temperature of the liquid in the beaker, you can connect the bracket, insert the sensor lead plug into the back of the machine, and then insert the sensor into the liquid. Gerät arbeitet. Verbrennungsgefahr! Vorsicht beim Berühren von Gehäuseteilen und Kochplatte,
diese können eine Temperatur von über 80 °C erreichen. Achten Sie auf die Restwärme nach dem Ausschalten. Schutzerdungskontakt Stellen Sie vor der Benutzung sicher, dass die Steckdose geerdet ist (Schutzkontakt) .
Tragen Sie während des Betriebs persönliche Schutzausrüstung, um folgende Risiken zu vermeiden : - Spritzen und Verdunsten von Flüssigkeiten - Freisetzung giftiger oder brennbarer Gase
Satz Stellen Sie das Gerät in einem geräumigen Bereich auf einer stabilen, sauberen, rutschfesten, trockenen und feuerfesten Oberfläche auf. Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in explosiven Atmosphären, mit gefährlichen Stoffen oder in der Nähe von Wasser.
Erhöhen Sie die Geschwindigkeit allmählich. Reduzieren Sie die Geschwindigkeit, wenn: - Rührstab bricht aufgrund hoher Geschwindigkeit ab - Das Gerät läuft nicht reibungslos oder der Behälter ist nicht zentriert auf der Platte

Beachten Sie die Gefahren durch: - Brennbare Stoffe oder Medien mit niedriger Siedetemperatur - Überfüllung des Mediums - Unsicherer Container
Pathogene Stoffe nur in geschlossenen Gefäßen verarbeiten. - Wenn das Gehäuse des Rührstabs aus PTFE besteht, beachten Sie bitte : - Elementares Fluor, drei Fluoride und Alkalimetalle greifen PTFE und Halogenalkane an und führen bei Raumtemperatur zu einer Ausdehnung der Stoffe . - Geschmolzene Alkali- und Erdalkalimetalle oder deren Lösungen sowie das Pulver der zweiten und dritten Gruppe des Periodensystems der Elemente reagieren chemisch mit PTFE, wenn die Temperatur 300 bis 400 °C erreicht. .
Überprüfen Sie das Gerät und die Zubehörteile vor jedem Gebrauch. Verwenden Sie keine beschädigten Komponenten. Ein sicherer Betrieb ist nur mit dem im Abschnitt ,,Zubehör" aufgeführten Zubehör gewährleistet. Zubehörteile müssen sicher am Gerät befestigt sein und bei Nichtgebrauch entfernt werden. Trennen Sie vor dem Anbringen von Zubehör immer die Stromversorgung.
Wenn ein externer Temperatursensor benötigt wird , muss die Spitze des Messsensors mindestens 510 mm vom Behälterboden und der Behälterwand entfernt sein.
Eine vollständige Trennung des Gerätes vom Stromnetz kann nur durch Ausschalten der Hauptstromversorgung bzw. Ziehen des Steckers erfolgen.
Die auf dem Etikett angegebene Spannung muss mit der Netzspannung übereinstimmen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht mit der Kochplatte in Berührung kommt. Decken Sie das Gerät nicht ab.
Die Bedienung des Gerätes darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen. Von starken Magnetfeldern fernhalten.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Schritte zur Installation des Stützrahmens und des Sensors
1. Den Standpfosten des Trägergestells verbinden (Schraubverbindung, bitte nicht direkt stecken); 2. Installieren Sie den Querstangenfixierer des Stützrahmens;

3. Installieren Sie die Stützschiene. 4. Installieren Sie die Befestigungsschnalle zwischen dem Stützrahmen und dem Rührwerkskörper. 5. Installieren Sie den Rührstab; Befestigen Sie den Stützrahmen und den Hauptkörper des Rührwerks und schließen Sie die Stromversorgung des Rührwerks entsprechend der Buchse des Hauptkörpers an.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen bei der Installation: 1. Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um ein Präzisions-Experimentiergerät. Bitte gehen Sie bei der Installation entsprechend der Schnittstelle vor. 2. Stellen Sie die Maschine stabil auf, stellen Sie den Becher mit dem flüssigen Medikament in die Mitte der Arbeitsplatte, setzen Sie einen geeigneten Rotor in den Becher und platzieren Sie ihn in der Mitte des Bechers. Schalten Sie die Stromversorgung ein. Drücken Sie die Taste ,,Heat
" (Heizen). Die Linie (-) bedeutet ,,Ein" und (o) bedeutet ,,Aus", um die Maschine zu starten und aufzuheizen. Drücken Sie auf ähnliche Weise einmal den Knopf ,,Speed Adjust" (Geschwindigkeitsanpassung). Die Maschine beginnt mit der Geschwindigkeitsanpassung. Stellen Sie sie durch Drehen des Knopfs ,,Speed Adjust" (Geschwindigkeitsanpassung) auf die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit ein. 5. Wenn Sie die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit im Becher messen müssen, können Sie die Halterung anschließen, den Stecker des Sensorkabels in die Rückseite des Geräts stecken und dann den Sensor in die Flüssigkeit einführen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist die vom Gerät angezeigte Temperatur die Flüssigkeitstemperatur. Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Anwendung 1. Die Verwendung in feuchter Umgebung sollte vermieden werden. 2. Bei der Anwendung sollte das flüssige Arzneimittel im Becher nicht zu voll sein, um ein Überlaufen beim Umrühren zu verhindern. 3. Sc: Halten Sie die SET-Taste 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um in den Spezifikationsanpassungsmodus zu wechseln. SC ist der Fehlerkalibrierungswert, also die Differenz zwischen der eingestellten und der tatsächlichen Temperatur, und wird auf 0,0 eingestellt. Wenn Sie ihn anpassen möchten, drücken Sie bitte die SET-Taste und die Zahlen blinken. Sie können den Wert mit den Auf- oder Ab-Tasten zwischen -9,9 und 9,0 anpassen. E: Drücken Sie die SET-Taste, um zur nächsten Spezifikation zu gelangen. Es wird E angezeigt, der kritische Wert, bevor der Magnetrührer in die langsame Heizgeschwindigkeit wechselt (auf 0,5 eingestellt). Zur Einstellung sind dieselben Schritte erforderlich wie beim SC P: Drücken Sie die SET-Taste erneut, um zur nächsten Spezifikationseinstellung zu gelangen. Es wird P angezeigt, was dem eingestellten Wert minus (10/P) entspricht. Wenn beispielsweise 50 Grad eingestellt sind und P 10 ist, bedeutet dies, dass die Heizgeschwindigkeit bei Erreichen von 49 Grad zu regeln beginnt. Wenn P 4 ist, beginnt die Heizgeschwindigkeit bei Erreichen von 47,5 Grad zu regeln. Bitte verringern Sie den P-Wert, wenn die Temperatur stark abweicht, und erhöhen Sie den P-Wert, wenn die Temperatur zu langsam steigt oder die gewünschte Temperatur einfach nicht erreicht werden kann. 9. Wenn Sie die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit im Becher messen müssen,

können Sie die Halterung anschließen, den Stecker des Sensorkabels in die Rückseite des Geräts stecken und dann den Sensor in die Flüssigkeit einführen. Wenn STIR RING eingeschaltet ist, leuchtet die ,,Stir"-Anzeige und die Rührgeschwindigkeit wird mit dem ,,Stir"-Knopf eingestellt. la plaque chauffante qui peuvent atteindre une température supérieure à 80 . Faites attention à la chaleur résiduelle après l'arrêt. Contact de terre de protection Assurez-vous que la prise est mise à la terre (contact de terre de protection) avant utilisation .
Lors de l'utilisation, portez des protections de sécurité individuelles pour éviter les risques de : - Éclaboussures et évaporation de liquides - Dégagement de gaz toxiques ou combustibles
Ensemble Placez l'instrument dans un endroit spacieux, sur une surface stable, propre, antidérapante, sèche et ignifuge. N'utilisez pas l'instrument dans des atmosphères explosives, avec des substances dangereuses ou à proximité d'eau.
Augmentez progressivement la vitesse, réduisez la vitesse si : - La barre d'agitation se brise en raison de la vitesse élevée - L'instrument ne fonctionne pas correctement ou le récipient n'est pas centré sur la plaque
La température doit toujours être réglée à au moins 50 inférieure au point d'éclair du support utilisé.

- Surremplissage du support - Conteneur non sécurisé Ne traiter les matières pathogènes que dans des récipients fermés. - Si le boîtier de la barre d'agitation est en PTFE, veuillez noter : - Le fluor élémentaire, les trois fluorures et les métaux alcalins
corrodent le PTFE et les alcanes halogènes, les faisant se dilater à température ambiante . - Les métaux alcalins fondus, les métaux alcalino-terreux ou leur solution, ainsi que la poudre des deuxième et troisième ethnies du tableau périodique des éléments auront une réaction chimique avec le PTFE lorsque la température atteint 300 ~ 400 . Vérifiez l'instrument et les accessoires avant chaque utilisation. N'utilisez pas de composants endommagés. Le fonctionnement sûr n'est garanti qu'avec les accessoires répertoriés dans la section « Accessoires ». Les accessoires doivent être solidement fixés à l'appareil et doivent être retirés lorsqu'ils ne sont pas utilisés. Débranchez toujours l'alimentation avant d'installer des accessoires. Lorsque le capteur de température externe est nécessaire , la pointe du capteur de mesure doit être à au moins 5 à 10 mm du fond et de la paroi du récipient. L'instrument ne peut être complètement déconnecté de l'alimentation secteur qu'en coupant l'alimentation secteur ou en débranchant la fiche. La tension indiquée sur l'étiquette doit correspondre à celle du réseau électrique. Assurez-vous que le câble d'alimentation secteur ne touche pas la plaque chauffante. Ne couvrez pas l'appareil. L'instrument ne doit être utilisé que par des experts. Tenir à l'écart des champs magnétiques élevés. Étapes d'installation du cadre de support et du capteur
1. Raccorder le poteau vertical du cadre de support (raccord à vis, ne pas le brancher directement) ; 2. Installer le fixateur de barre transversale du cadre de support ;

3. installer le rail de support ; 4. Installer la boucle de fixation entre le cadre de support et le corps de l'agitateur ; 5. Installer la tige d'agitation ; Fixez le cadre de support et le corps principal de l'agitateur, puis connectez l'alimentation de la barre d'agitation en fonction de la prise du corps principal.
Précautions d'installation : 1. Ce produit est un instrument expérimental de précision. Veuillez procéder conformément à l'interface lors de l'installation. 2. Veuillez procéder à l'installation en stricte conformité avec les étapes d'installation ; 3. Après l'installation, veuillez vérifier la verticalité du cadre de support et le niveau du rail de support. 4. Assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont bien connectées sans desserrage ; Si vous constatez que la pièce de connexion est desserrée pendant l'utilisation, veuillez cesser immédiatement de l'utiliser et la réinstaller pour éviter de provoquer des pièces et des expériences. Mode de fonctionnement : 1. Placez la machine sur un bureau horizontal, puis connectez le cordon d'
alimentation à la prise de courant située à l'arrière de la base.
2. Branchez l'autre extrémité du cordon d'alimentation dans une prise

standard. 3. Faites attention à l'interrupteur d'alimentation. La ligne (-) indique la mise sous tension et (o) indique la mise hors tension. 4. Placez la machine de manière stable, placez le récipient contenant le médicament liquide au centre de la plaque de travail, placez un rotor approprié dans le récipient et placez-le au centre du récipient, allumez l'alimentation électrique. Appuyez sur le bouton « Heat », la ligne (-) indique on et (o) indique OFF, pour démarrer la machine et la faire chauffer. De même, appuyez une fois sur le bouton « Speed Adjust » et la machine commencera à régler la vitesse, et ajustez-la à la vitesse requise en tournant le bouton « Speed Adjust ». 5. Si vous devez mesurer la température du liquide dans le bécher, vous pouvez connecter le support, insérer la fiche du câble du capteur à l'arrière de la machine, puis insérer le capteur dans le liquide. À ce stade, la température affichée par l'instrument est la température du liquide. Précautions d'emploi 1. doit éviter d'utiliser dans un environnement humide. 2. 8. Faites attention à l'interrupteur d'alimentation situé sur le côté droit de la base. La ligne (-) indique la mise sous tension et (o) indique la mise hors tension. Placez la machine de manière stable, placez le récipient contenant le médicament liquide au centre de la plaque de travail, placez un rotor approprié dans le récipient et placez-le au centre du récipient, allumez l'alimentation électrique et la rangée supérieure de l'instrument affiche la température de la plaque du four (si le capteur est connecté en externe, la température du capteur externe s'affiche) et la rangée inférieure affiche « Off ». De même, appuyez une fois sur le bouton « Speed Adjust » et la machine commencera à régler la vitesse et ajustez-la à la vitesse requise en tournant le bouton « Speed Adjust ». Sc : Appuyez sur le bouton SET et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 3 secondes pour accéder au mode de réglage des spécifications. SC est la valeur d'étalonnage d'erreur qui correspond à la différence entre la température définie et la température réelle et est définie sur 0,0. Set Plaats het instrument in een ruime ruimte op een stabiel, schoon, antislip, droog en brandwerend oppervlak. Gebruik het instrument niet in explosieve atmosferen, met gevaarlijke stoffen of in de buurt van water.
Verhoog geleidelijk de snelheid, verlaag de snelheid als: - Roerstaaf breekt af door hoge snelheid - Het instrument loopt niet soepel of de container staat niet in het midden van de plaat
De temperatuur moet altijd minimaal 50 lager worden ingesteld dan het vlampunt van het gebruikte medium.

- Brandbare materialen of media met een laag kookpunt - Overvulling van media - Onveilige container Verwerk ziekteverwekkende stoffen uitsluitend in gesloten vaten. - Als de behuizing van de roerstaaf van PTFE is, let dan op : - Elementair fluor, drie fluoriden en alkalimetalen corroderen de
PTFE en halogeenalkanen, waardoor deze bij kamertemperatuur uitzetten . - Gesmolten alkali-, aardalkalimetalen of hun oplossing, evenals het poeder in de tweede en derde etniciteit van het Periodiek Systeem der Elementen, zullen een chemische reactie aangaan met PTFE wanneer de temperatuur 300 ~ 400 bereikt. . Controleer het instrument en de accessoires voor elk gebruik. Gebruik geen beschadigde componenten. Veilige werking is alleen gegarandeerd met de accessoires die in het gedeelte 'Accessoires' worden vermeld. Voorzorgsmaatregelen voor installatie: 1. Dit product is een precisie-experimenteel instrument. Gebruik de interface tijdens de installatie. 2. Volg bij de installatie strikt de onderstaande installatiestappen; 3. Controleer na de installatie de verticaliteit van het draagframe en de waterpasheid van de draagrail. 4. Steek het andere uiteinde van het netsnoer in een standaard stopcontact. 3. Let op de Power-schakelaar. De lijn (-) geeft aan dat het aan is, en (o) geeft aan dat het UIT is. 4. Plaats de machine stabiel, zet de beker met het vloeibare medicijn in het midden van de werkplaat, plaats een geschikte rotor in de beker en plaats deze in het midden van de beker, zet de stroomtoevoer aan. Druk op de knop "Heat", de lijn (-) geeft aan en (o) geeft aan UIT, om de machine te laten draaien en op te warmen. Druk op dezelfde manier eenmaal op de knop "Speed Adjust" en de machine begint met Speed Adjust en stelt deze in op de gewenste snelheid door aan de knop "Speed Adjust" te draaien. 5. Als u de temperatuur van de vloeistof in de beker wilt meten, kunt u de beugel aansluiten, de sensorkabelplug in de achterkant van de machine steken en vervolgens de sensor in de vloeistof steken. Op dit moment is de temperatuur die door het instrument wordt weergegeven de vloeistoftemperatuur. Voorzorgsmaatregelen bij gebruik 1. moet worden vermeden in een vochtige omgeving. 2. Tijdens het gebruik mag de vloeibare medicijn in de beker niet te vol zijn, om te voorkomen dat deze overstroomt bij het roeren.

Plaats de machine stabiel, plaats de beker met het vloeibare medicijn in het midden van de werkplaat, plaats een geschikte rotor in de beker en plaats deze in het midden van de beker, zet de voeding aan en de bovenste rij van het instrument geeft de temperatuur van de ovenplaat weer (als de sensor extern is aangesloten, wordt de temperatuur van de externe sensor weergegeven) en de onderste rij geeft "Uit" weer. Druk op dezelfde manier eenmaal op de knop "Snelheid aanpassen" en de machine begint met Snelheid aanpassen en past deze aan op de gewenste snelheid door aan de knop "Snelheid aanpassen" te draaien. Sc: Houd de SET-knop 3 seconden ingedrukt om de specificatie-aanpassingsmodus te openen. SC is de foutkalibratiewaarde, wat het verschil is tussen de ingestelde en de werkelijke temperatuur, en is ingesteld op 0,0. Als u deze wilt aanpassen, drukt u op de SET-knop en de getallen gaan knipperen. U kunt de waarde aanpassen tussen -9,9 en 9,0 met de omhoog- of omlaagknoppen. E: druk op de SET-knop om naar de volgende specificatie te gaan. Er wordt E weergegeven, wat de kritische waarde is voordat de magneetroerder overgaat op een langzame verwarmingssnelheid (ingesteld op 0,5). Hiervoor zijn dezelfde stappen nodig als voor de SC P: druk nogmaals op de SET-knop om de volgende specificatie-instelling in te voeren, het zal P weergeven, wat gelijk is aan de ingestelde waarde minus (10/P). Bijvoorbeeld, als het is ingesteld op 50 graden wanneer P gelijk is aan 10, dan betekent dit dat het de verwarmingssnelheid zal regelen zodra het 49 graden bereikt, wanneer P gelijk is aan 4, dan zal het de verwarmingssnelheid regelen zodra het 47,5 graden bereikt. Verlaag de P-waarde als de temperatuur in grote verschillen is, verhoog de P-waarde als de temperatuur te langzaam stijgt of gewoonweg de gewenste temperatuur niet kan bereiken. 9. Als u de temperatuur van de vloeistof in de beker wilt meten, kunt u de beugel aansluiten, de sensorkabelplug in de achterkant van de machine steken en vervolgens de sensor in de vloeistof steken. Op dit moment is de temperatuur die door het instrument wordt weergegeven de vloeistoftemperatuur.

2. Plaats de juiste rotor in de beker en plaats deze in het midden van de beker. 3. Schakel de voeding in en pas de temperatuur aan door de opening van de "HEAT ING "-knop te draaien. Wanneer HEAT ING brandt de "HEAT"-indicator en wordt het verwarmingsvermogen aangepast door de "heat"-knop. Pas de STIR RING- snelheid aan door de opening van de "STIR"-knop te draaien. Wanneer STIR RING brandt het "stir"-indicatorlampje en wordt de roersnelheid aangepast door de "stir"-knop. Meet de temperatuur van de vloeistof in de beker met een thermometer die aan een beugel is bevestigd.

- Om omrörarstångens hölje är PTFE, notera : - Elementärt fluor, tre fluorider och alkalimetaller kommer att
korrodera PTFE- och halogenalkanerna vilket gör att de expanderar vid rumstemperatur . - Smält alkali, alkaliska jordartsmetaller eller deras lösning, såväl som pulvret i den andra och tredje etniska delen av det periodiska systemet kommer att ha en kemisk reaktion med PTFE när temperaturen når 300 ~ 400 .
