Troubleshooting
Refer to the following for common issues:
CP Voltage Abnormal (? x 1)
- Unplug the power plug from the wall socket.
- Unplug the charging plug from the vehicle.
- Plug them in again and check if the problem persists.
- If the problem continues, contact customer service.
Under-Voltage Protection / Over-Voltage Protection (? x 2/3)
The voltage is unstable, triggering low/high voltage protection. Please wait for a while; it should work normally.
Ground Fault (? x 4)
This may occur if there is no ground wire. Long press the delay button for 3 seconds to switch to No Grounding mode.
Over Current Protection (? x 5)
The current is unstable, triggering high current protection. Please wait for a while; it should work normally.
Leakage Protection (? x 7)
- Cut off the electricity immediately.
- Unplug the power plug from the wall socket.
- Unplug the charging plug from the vehicle.
- Contact customer service for assistance.
Over-Temperature Protection (? x 8)
If the control box temperature is too high, unplug the charging cable until it cools down. The control box may automatically switch to a lower charging power to prevent overheating. If the temperature remains high even at the lowest power setting, charging will terminate for safety. You can reconnect the power plug to restart charging once the control box has cooled down completely.
Storage
The IEC 62196 AC EVSE Portable Electric Vehicle Charger must be stored in a clean and dry location, away from any high heat sources. Avoid oily or corrosive substances contacting the control box, cable, and plugs/connectors during use. Avoid any fall or drop that causes impacts to the control box. Do not forcefully pull the charge cable or damage it with sharp objects. Do not store the EV charger in places where rodents can enter.

FAQ
Q: Why can't my charger be charged?
A: Please follow the red light flashes frequency to determine the specific error. Check the connection between the charging plug and vehicle, as well as the power plug and the socket. Due to high temperatures, the circuit board may temporarily shut down to protect the charging safety and car battery. Please continue to charge after the temperature is reduced.
Q: Is it normal that my charger gets hot?
A: Due to high current flow through the device, the charger can get hot at the interface, especially when charging outdoors at higher temperatures. If the temperature is too high, the charger switches to a lower current mode automatically to ensure the safety of the charging process. It is suggested that using a lower current to charge in normal situations to ensure safety.
Q: Why does the display of voltage and current fluctuate up and down?
A: Because the alternating current at home may be unstable, voltage and power fluctuations are normal within 10%. This has no effect on charging.
Q: Charging Indicator does not illuminate?
A: Check the circuit breaker and other circuit loads. Try another wall outlet.
