Unpacking and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your monitor:
- Carefully unpack the monitor and accessories from the box.
- Attach the monitor stand to the monitor base.
- Secure the stand to the monitor using the provided screws.
- Mount the monitor onto the stand.
- Adjust the monitor to your preferred viewing angle. The tilt range is typically -5° to 20° or -5° to 35° depending on the model.
Connecting Cables
Connect the necessary cables for video and audio:
Video Connections:
- HDMI: Connect the HDMI cable from the monitor's HDMI port to your computer's HDMI output. (Optional)
- DVI-D: Connect the DVI-D cable from the monitor's DVI-D port to your computer's DVI-D output. (Optional)
- D-Sub (VGA): Connect the D-Sub cable from the monitor's D-Sub port to your computer's D-Sub output. (Optional)
Audio Connections:
- Audio In: Connect an audio cable from your computer's audio output to the monitor's Line In port. (Optional)
Ensure all cables are securely connected.
Powering On and Setup
- Connect the power cord to the monitor and plug it into a power outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the monitor.
- Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup.
